Instead, the Swedish singer feels most on point when she’s able to “just feel it.” Larsson’s ability to convey that mix of youthful confidence and emotional intensity helped make her one of Europe’s biggest new music stars while she was still in her teens. Born in 1997 in a suburb of Stockholm, Larsson first found fame in Sweden when her performance of Céline Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On” clinched her victory on a TV talent show at the age of 10. After leaving school to focus on her music full time, she released her debut album, 1, in 2014, which topped the charts throughout Scandinavia and landed her a U.S. record deal. By the time she was scoring international hits alongside rapper Tinie Tempah on “Girls Like” and guesting on David Guetta’s “This One’s for You”, she was fast developing beyond the familiar dance-pop templates and demonstrating a boldness that evoked Beyoncé and Rihanna, two of her biggest influences. (She paid tribute to another inspiration a few years later when she released a sumptuous cover of Robyn’s “With Every Heartbeat”.) “Never Forget You”, a thrilling collaboration with singer and producer MNEK that also marked Larsson’s first songwriting effort, became her first major U.S. success. Together with the album So Good, the song established the power and allure of Larsson’s sleek yet impassioned brand of EDM-powered pop. - Apple MusicTop 100 Chart History2015 05 Never Forget You (MNEK & Zara Larsson) -1- MILLIONAIRE2016 03 Lush Life -2- MILLIONAIRE2016 05 Girls Like (Tinie Tempah feat. January 16Jan 16 Still so happy with the lush life revival, one of my fave songs of that time period, and it’s one that had stood the test of time! Such a banger
January 16Jan 16 At least the 2016 trend hasn't boosted One Dance or any of Dr*ke's songs back into the charts
January 16Jan 16 I don't really like reliving 2016, as it was painful for me - dropping in and out of secondary schools, me being 15 for much of the year and turning 16 at the end of the year.. but the only positive was that the Christmas number one that year finally became something better as it was Rockabye by Clean Bandit, helped due to the early forms of streaming.

Born in 1999 in Enfield and raised in Walthamstow, Dean participated in gospel choir at a young age, before busking in the streets and eventually attending the famous BRIT School. Influenced by Lauryn Hill, Amy Winehouse and Carole King, Dean’s own take on music is autobiographical and vulnerable. In 2019, she released her debut EP, Ok Love You Bye, which delved into the challenging aspects of dating, like on the meditative “Password Change”. The following year, Dean dropped her follow-up EP, What Am I Gonna Do On Sundays?, a concise but evocative set of songs brimming with celestial melodies and confessional lyrics. Dean’s signature introspective style continues to grow more intimate, as evinced by the delicate 2021 EP Growth, highlighted by the soul-baring single “Be My Own Boyfriend”. - Apple MusicTop 100 Chart History2021 19 The Christmas Song -NAS-2025 36 It Isn't Perfect But It Might Be -OST-2025 17 Dive -1-2025 04 Nice To Each Other -1-2025 05 Rein Me In (Sam Fender & Olivia Dean)2025 38 Lady Lady -IG-2025 01 Man I Need -2- MILLIONAIRE2025 03 So Easy (To Fall In Love) -3-2025 13 A Couple Minutes -AT-2025 21 Let Alone The One You Love -AT-1 x #1 | 4 x Top 5 | 4 x Top 10 | 7 x Top 20 | 10 x Top 40 | 10 x Top 100Social Media Olivia Dean
