Yeah, I agree it’s quite flawed and unfair. Just thinking out loud, maybe some thoughts are best left in my head.

Personally I think the rule should be that any artist who has been eliminated by going up against Abba should be immediately allowed back in to the competition 😇

I must admit, if I were behind Ruel, I'd have sent almost an entirely different set of songs! Which is no shade to Calum or his mentorship because each song was still brilliant (a testament to his extremely consistent discography). I'd have loved to see one or two songs from his EPs, as well as Destroyer from his latest album - one of his very best tracks, and certainly one of his most epic!

I'd definitely have considered sending these, if anyone fancies some further listening:
