I love Breaking Down too, or Swimming from the Lungs bonus tracks for a slightly deeper cut (but both albums are almost untouchable for me).

Yeah, I was wondering that too!!

I honestly just wasn't too interested in them at the time outside Mary and Laura (Take Your Mama has grown on me over the years), so it never piqued my interest to search it out at the time when I only heard albums that I actively bought, and guess I've never got aroud to checking it since getting Spotify, but will correct that at some point.

I liked the odd single of theirs on and off over the years, but never truly felt captivated to buy an album of theirs until Magic Hour, because I really liked the singles from that.

02 Blondie - Shayla gorgeous vocals from Debbie! Another great discovery!

03 Florence + the Machine - Howl oooh what a choice! Haven't properly listened to this in over a decade so love rediscovering this!

04 Atomic Kitten - Walking on the Water this is great track from the Kittens - and a new discovery for me. The Feels So Good era was my favourite from them.

05 The Corrs - Hideaway loving the vocals and melodies on this, one of my favourite entries from them so far!

06 Scissor Sisters - Skin Tight I liked this more on first-listen tbh but it's still a solid bop from them!

07 The 1975 - Pressure (Artful Remix) I take back my earlier criticisms this is a pretty cool remix!

08 ABBA - Keep an Eye on Dan hmmm not so crazy about this one from them, it's not bad by any means - just I wouldn't choose to listen to it again.

09 Erasure - Sono Luminus this is good but found it the most forgettable oops.

10 The Chicks - Lullaby again, not bad but honestly I'd probably skip it if it came up on Spotify.

Fab choices from Florence + HAIM which I was already aware of, but such an amazing discovery from The Corrs that I had to give it the top spot!

Again, a strong top 7, with the Blondie track showing some really nice, softer vocals from Debbie, and the Atomic Kitten track a nice find too.

Weak bottom 3 though, I was rooting for The Chicks but this might be their time

Atomic Kitten's song is a highlight from that album. It's lovely. A nice choice from HAIM. Enjoyed The Corrs song! ABBA's song is fun enough. I have a very meh relationship with Scissor Sisters tbh and this is no different. It's good though. I loved Erasure's song to begin with but then it went on and on and on and on without actually going anywhere?? Decent enough Florence track for me, still can't stand her wailing though </3 Nice enough Blondie track I guess, but it's probably just not my thing. The Chicks song is much like the Blondie track in that it's nice, but not sure I'd go and listen to it away from this contest.
