I think @vibe summed it up well a few posts back where he said it's the song this round we are voting for, not the artist (or their potential future offerings).

That is assuming everyone who has taken part so far in this event will actually vote. Remember, one participant dropped out earlier and others who have been knocked out in earlier rounds may have lost interest. Personally, I don't think we will get a 100% full house of votes this critical round.

There are guest voters as well. All I meant is if, for example, 33 people vote, you can't get any draws as the closest possible score would be 17-16. If an even number, like 34 people vote, you could get a 17-17 draw.
