I have absolutely no idea what to expect, if there were physicals I would be predicting low top 10. I’m going to predict it debuts low top 40, beyond that I really don’t know

If it debuts with 3 million Spotify streams WW, maybe 200-250k of those will be from the UK. With decent hold later in the week, top 20 debut is possible.

But it's hard to tell really. It'll definitely do better than I Feel So Free but how much better? Even Sabrina's latest solo release (Such a Funny Way) didn't go higher than #37.

There was absolutely zero hype or fanfare about that. In fact, I've never even heard it!

POP’S comeback queen Madonna has made her way back on Radio 1’s playlist again, a decade after it deemed her too old.

The station snubbed her music and said its listeners had “moved on” from the superstar.

But 18 years after she was last on the station’s A List — meaning a song is on high rotation — Madge has got new single Bring Your Love on there, even before it’s released.

She’s no doubt been helped by teaming up with Gen Z darling Sabrina Carpenter, although it’s still an impressive return to form.

It means the new tune from Madonna, now 67, will be played alongside tracks by Zara Larsson and BTS on the station, which is aimed at 15 to 29-year-olds.

She’s done the same with Capital Radio, which has also added the song to its A List.

It's the best way to say forgive me...

Yes Sabrina is involved but this is a Madonna lead single in 2026 still getting that exposure, let's celebrate that clap

I don’t think we know where she is on Radio 1, I doubt she’d be straight in at the A-list there but incredible nonetheless. I have a good feeling about this era

Yeah, but Such a Funny Way got surprise released on christmas eve (meaning its first 2 full days were not included in the tracking week it appeared and it released to much less fanfare) after being available on the MBF vinyl for nearly 4 months. It couldn't have been designed to do worse in the charts unless Sabrina released it only as a free download. It's kinda impressive it did what it did. Now, I wouldnt expect Bring Your Love to have the same kind of impact among Sabrina fans that a song written by Sabrina would, but I wouldnt hold Such a Funny Way as a reason why not to expect a big impact

14th! That'd put her level with Westlife and Ed Sheeran 😐

That's absolutely incredible though! I had hope Radio 1 might go for it with Sabrina attached, but to have it confirmed is just out of this world 🤯

Madonna being on the R1 playlist as the lead artist in 2026 is pretty impressive. A-list would be amazing.
