Oh yes, I’m going to be doing ‘Passenger Princess’. And ‘Passenger Princess’ was on the fan edition of my album as a demo, but not many people have heard it. So I think the hardcore fans that tried to help me in the chart position bought that version. But yeah, it’s like a completely different version now. It’s all polished. I’ve re-recorded it, changed the production. So it’s no longer a demo anymore, and I’m just excited to perform it live. I’m gonna have my band. It’s just gonna be good, feel-good vibes.

Will Hoopla be its first live performance?

Yes, it will! ‘Passenger Princess’ losing its virginity at Mighty Hoopla!

What is ‘Passenger Princes’ about?

I feel like in this world that we’re living in we have to be everything all the time, and it’s kind of draining. And listen, I love being independent, I love having my own shit, I love doing everything for myself, being strong and a powerful woman and, I can be a wifey, I can be a mother, I can birth children, I can run a business, I can have a career, I can do all these things, but you know, sometimes I can’t be f***ed. Sometimes I just want to do nothing and be like, “Alex, can you just help me? Look after me, you know?” And I think that is okay, and I think both things can coexist. I can be an independent badass woman, but I can also be looked after too.

I love the sentiment of Passenger Princess but I'm not fully sold on the demo so hopefully the polished version is better.

Yeah after a few listens its getting catcher for me , its definitely nowhere near as strong as IHWTHW but its definitely git that annoyingly catchy replayability

It’s also nice that we’re getting the songs from the Fan Edition of the album, even if it’s slowly.

This is a cute album track and fits the album well, imo. It's probably about middle of the pack for me overall. I'm glad she's polished it up and made this sound rockier than the demo. It feels more complete in this form but I really am getting quite frustrated because as we all know she has one of the best voices in pop, PERIOD. It's not being utilised to its fullest. I need her to work with better songwriters and producers tbh.

I will be going back to this because as Jason said, it's got a catchy replay value to it, but I need... MORE from her music. Go edgier. I don't like the Radio 2/Heart FM gloss that it sounds like it has. Give me Demi Lovato - HOLY FVCK edginess or even Hilary Duff's 'Come Clean' or something!
