Yorkshire producer Silva Bumpa has been making waves in the garage and bassline scene for a little while now. This week's release has been floating around on socials for some time, it samples Montell Jordan's single Get It On Tonite which was a Top 20 hit in the UK in April 2000.

Nah for me. Its like Omar+'s songs but without as many interesting techno synths.

It started higher than that on Saturday at #92 it seems, should get a chart placing officially

It’s pretty close to cutoff now, up to #26 on dance (it’s been sitting in the 60s for the past couple of days)

It gained a fair bit of traction from being a part of his Coachella set which circulated online and built up the hype for it. He's had a couple "bubbling under" hits on the dance and sales charts too so his popularity has continued to grow from there.

Now in the main Apple chart, so should be on a lock for going top 40 next week

On the Radio 1 playlist this week and it has climbed into the Top 40 at #32.

Taken some big climbs on Apple the last few days, so fingers crossed can hit top 20 officially

He’s been releasing quite a few standalone tracks lately — I’ve honestly lost count. 😅
