Wednesday at 15:014 days Author Good Morning sunshines 🌞 Today we will go back to BJSC140, the second time we've hosted after winning in BJSC139 with Anabel Englund 'Midnight Rapture' It took 9+ years to secure that second win for us but looking back, BJSC139 meant far more to me than simply winning. It marked the beginning of a hosting style that somehow became my signature. I never imagined that a simple airline concept would still be evolving nearly fifty contests later but here we are, still boarding flights!!! Anyways, looking back now OMG I was stressing so much creating those boarding passes during semi-final results. I remember bringing my laptop in caffe across immigration office, because I was waiting for my passport to be issued and picked up, but at that time BJSC results>>>>>Life.Did you know that Lookylion didn't just win BJSC140...they absolutely stormed to victory?By the end of the voting, Lookylion - Confidence Man - Holiday finished 113 points ahead of second place (442 vs 329 for N DNTN // Juliette Armanet - Le Dernier Jour Du Disco), one of the biggest winning margins in BJSC history!!!In a contest where victories are often decided by just a handful of points (or even a tie ), seeing someone pull that far away from the rest of the field is incredibly rare. I remember I needed to rearrange the receipts of votes because their lead was decided such an early stage that it would have been uneventful results night!!! I believe they also smashed the record of receiving most 18's, but will leave that up to Bror for stats confirmation!!!Enjoy reading <3

Wednesday at 16:284 days I only asked because it seemed odd to me to hold listening of the second semi before the first one.
