I didnt keep playlists from that era since I was already using music forums from like 2004 onwards.

The fact two absolute classics like 'Better Off Alone' and '9 PM (Till I Come)' existed alongside each other/were released relaitvely close to each other. God we had it so good.

I didn't realise PSB were still being playlisted on Radio 1 with the Nightlife era (or at least for the lead single). Or that Steps had got onto the A-list with Love's Got A Hold On My Heart. Or, actually, that Dina Carroll made the A-list, shame that song underperformed as I enjoyed it.

Funnily enough these are the 3 things that jumped out at me from the playlist as well. Felt Dina Carroll had her peak years 1991-94. Also felt the same about the PSBs and Steps. Suppose PSB are similar to Whitney in terms of longevity - both started being playlisted in late 1985 and Whitney was on the A List (with one of her biggest comebacks).
