I think yes, as it hasn't charted previously. I can't say that with 100% certainty though!

Not a Madonna fan in the slightest and could have easily done without this BUT the uniting of 2 icons is amazing - the song is ok but they could really push this onto the girls, gays and theys with physicals and remixes and make a hit out of it.

Billboard confirms that the Afterhours mix is out this Friday.

The long-awaited melding of the pop superstars — who’ve each created their own rabid fandoms across nearly half a century of music, movies and live performance — will come on Friday (Aug. 7) with the release of the brand new remix of “Love Sensation” they performed at WorldPride.

As its getting a release and both are big artists with a very similar fanbase they really should go all for it and give it everything.

I’m not expecting it to chart tbh and I don’t think there will be a physical at any point (this is a Madonna release after all, not Kylie’s) but it’ll no doubt go straight to #1 on iTunes and give a bit of hype/promo for the album).

If its released id love for it to chart.

I'm hopeful it can do something as these two finally collaborating after all this time is a BIG deal. But I guess we'll see what happens.

I think collaborating on a remix, especially a song that received comparisons to Kylie when the album was released, works better than collaborating on a brand new song; it removes the pressure of it having to be the best song ever and that inevitable disappointment when it doesn’t live up to expectations.

Get those physicals out Warner - I’ll take a 12” and 7” vinyl and a CD with remixes please.
