4 hours ago4 hr Author Depeche Mode's mentor will be happy they were spared of my commentary for now (positive, but probably not something they'd want to hear )
4 hours ago4 hr that was my preferred result as Enjoy the Silence is a proper classic and received my top points yaystill a shame Sunlight was the song that ended it for Years in the first place mind
4 hours ago4 hr Delighted with that outcome as ‘Enjoy the Silence’ was my favourite of that category 🖤 congrats to their mentor!
4 hours ago4 hr Well done to all the groups and their mentors!Yeah I truly messed up with Dead Or Alive.. my first choice was Leona Lewis but someone pipped me to the post with her.I then went with Misty Circles for round 1 which I thought would come middle of the pack not dead last so oopsy. Gamu round I fully intended on picking You Spin Me Round. However I was in Krakow on holiday and didn’t see the PM until too late so yeh that was a bust also 🤣Shame as Dead Or Alive genuinely are one of my favourites of all time and I think they are highly underrated. Some of my faves of theirs which I would have debated sending include -Something In My House, Brand New Lover, Far Too Hard, Sex Drive, Then There Was You, My Heart Goes Bang Bang, In Too Deep, What I Want, Get Out Of My House, I Cannot Carry On, Sit On It and of course You Spin Me Round ❤️ Edited 4 hours ago4 hr by Lukuzz
4 hours ago4 hr Author was mentored by...@!!! I'm sure everybody has some questions for !!! about Bladee. Were we being trolled with that song choice in the first round? Was there a plan for the rest of the competition had he made it through to the second round? Will you share with the class the reason for changing the song choice for The Gamu Nhengu Gold Card? Let's assume everything's normal and console !!! for ending up eliminated in the first round versus his wonderful performance in Season 2 going all the way to the Battles with FKA twigs and being so close to returning with The Platinum Paije Rock of Hopes and Dreams. Certainly an inspired choice of artist for this season, and one that won't be forgotten! Who knows now what will happen next time...and...was mentored by...@Henessy Lake Another of the newcomers to The Pop Factor this season, Henessy Lake was behind Mackenzy Mackay. One of the names that I'm sure had people screaming 'who?' as the artists were being revealed live, Mackenzy at least managed to make it past the first round and I hope it's not been disheartening for Henessy who's continued to participate in the competition despite departing early and taking a risk with a much lesser-known artist, particularly in the solo male category. Possibly too much of an Ed Sheeran carbon-copy in terms of sound for BuzzJack members to wrap their heads around? Here's hoping you'll be back for Season 4 for another shot!
4 hours ago4 hr Oh I had maggotsforbrains down as bladee. Given how much they’ve nommed songs by him in ROTdD Edited 4 hours ago4 hr by ZombieBoy
4 hours ago4 hr A friend randomly asked me the other day if I had heard of Mackenzy - thanks to this the answer was yes!A couple of brave choices there, albeit inspired so well done to both. Edited 4 hours ago4 hr by gooddelta
4 hours ago4 hr Congratulations to Depeche Mode and their mentor on making the Live Shows.Well done to everyone else for reaching this stage, some great songs were sent this round and it’s sad to see some great acts leaving the competition.

Uncle Ben's rice was first marketed in 1943 and was the top-selling rice in the United States until the 1990s. In 2020, it was rebranded as "Ben's Original".All jokes aside, Herbs I promise you I have no beef with you or Damien (accept all of my apologies with a Jack Draper photoshoot PM later) and hope the jokes have been taken in good faith. Damien Rice was certainly an interesting choice of artist for this category, deviating away from the more traditional pop that made up the majority. Herbs manages to match his previous best in the competition of making it as far as he did with The Chicks in Season 2 (albeit to The Six Chair Challenge this time and not Judges' Houses given the changes made). There were certainly a lot of people rooting for Damien to do well, keeping more inspired names in the competition, and Herbs knew exactly when to pull out his ace in Cannonball at just the right time to keep Damien's dreams alive.and...was mentored by...@Juan Carlos After giving us a sexy Spanish twink in Season 2 with Guitarricadelafuente (gone before his time x), Juan Carlos came back this time with a German one and said hold my drink, improving and making it one round further! Roosevelt was definitely a good choice for this category, likely being unknown to most but with a few that were aware of his existence and ended up picking up some new fans with his smooth, catchy bops. And it didn't stop there because despite being eliminated, Juan Carlos came right back in The Gamu Nhengu Gold Card with Strangers, another brilliant track. Here's hoping there are some recommendations lined up for those intrigued to hear some more.
4 hours ago4 hr It was funny being Vengaboys for a short time! Sorry I failed their fans with the risky choice in week 2! Nonetheless thanks for letting me take part again and helping me maintain my cover!
3 hours ago3 hr I did struggle to find a european male artist who was allowed to enter that I liked. Whats funny is that I'm not much a fan of Ed Sheeran's music much so surprised by that comparison but yeah didn't expect to get far with him. Glad his best song got him through the 1st round though.
3 hours ago3 hr Oooooh third choices revealed together! There wasn’t any point me pretending not to be Damien Rice, but he did better than I thought! Now to find out who got my first choice act (second choice I will not reveal as maybe I’ll put them forward next year…)
