He's always been a dinner-parties background music artist while guests are waiting for dinner to be served. Bet he didn't want to go in that direction. Seen an advert for his album in what might have been the Paul O'Grady commercial break, obviously a desparate bid for album sales as this single will flop.

Was only a matter of time, it's one of the reasons why I find myself lucky to be loving bands who don't sell loads on average per album, but do so overall and still last longer than these mega sellers per album acts who burn out quickly.

I know we dont agree about Leona Marcus, (just personal taste, ), but, although Im pleased at her success, I do think its such a huge benchmark to live up to on her subsequent singles and albums.

I remember the success the darkness had (i know I know, but I loved theIr 1st album), but they just seemed to burn out and released an awful second album.

I hope this time in a couple of years we are still arguing about Leona!, rather than her having vanished though :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I know it's far from her best, but she has released worse that has charted better (for example 'Perfection').

 

Perfection reached No.1 in my chart :lol:

 

I didn't ever really like So Under Pressure so its a pain its coming in far below that did

The album has fallen 4 places from last Sunday's chart position

 

 

#4 track is on 11.1k

 

I reckon the top 3 will remain unchanged on Sunday
