Despite my earlier predictions, I have to confess that it seems almost certain that Basshunter will still be number 1. I must say, I am disappointed at the lack of new songs entering the Top 40 the last couple of weeks. From looking at the updates, we may have as few as 4 new songs in the Top 40 and only one of them in the Top 20. Top 2 are both selling well for the time of year which is a good sign.

Seems Basshunter are edging it ahead now, I still think sales will be very close in the end, I wouldn't be surprised if Adele end up just short, but than again you got the chavs buying Basshunter at the weekend.

 

I'm still not sure how Kelly will do, she could take Britney on, but there is a 4k gap nearly, between her and Britney, but the rate she is climbing the chart could do it

That's shocking but then again there's not a hell of a lot of mainstream Asian acts in the UK at the moment...not like in 2003/4 when we had Punjabi MC, Jay Sean, Raghav and Bhangra Knights vs Husan who all had top 10 hits
