Already too many weeks on the chart and sales won't increase anymore significantly for them. Famous last words perhaps, having seen the latest midweeks? :)
February 12, 200817 yr God yes. I would hate to see this going to number one something like 3 awful years after it was released. Just thinking about it makes me vomit a little in my mouth. Such a horrible song from such a horrible band. IMO it would be my fav #1 since Kylie's 'Can't get You Out Of My Head'. It does seem to be one of those 'love it or hate it' songs though...

And also the impact that downloads now have on the chart - A few years ago this would have been released as a CD single - Peaked outside the Top.40 and disappeared of the radar now with radio coming on board later the public have turned to downloads and turned this into a genuine huge hit :)
