David Guetta · Commander Cheryl Cole · Promise This 6 weeks Cheryl Cole · Fight For This Love Katy Perry · Teenage Dream Cheryl Cole · The Flood Britney Spears · Hold It Against Me That's all! I find it funny how all my songs with more than five weeks at #1 either have six or nine weeks! 'Hold It Against Me' is probably going to change that next week though! :cheer: Edited February 19, 201114 yr by THEO.
February 19, 201114 yr 6 Weeks Lady GaGa - Alejandro Nicole Scherzinger - Poison 4 Weeks J-LO Featuring. Pitbull - On The Floor

March 15, 201114 yr 6 weeks Ela Rose & David Deejay - I Can Feel [2010] 5 weeks Candee Jay - If I Were You [2004] Lady GaGa - Paparazzi [2009] 4 weeks Destiny's Child - Through With Love [2005] Britney Spears - Piece Of Me [2007] Sheri - Hit & Run [2009] Can't believe I've lost charts. Its one thing when I dont update the charts, its a very different thing when I do update them but cant find them anywhere - missing a whole 10 weeks from my already incomplete year 2008. As you can see, its uber rare for songs to get more than 3 weeks at the top of my chart.
March 23, 201114 yr UPDATE! 7 weeks Rihanna feat. Drake "What's My Name" (37-3-4-2-2-4-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-3-8-10-5-5-9-15-) (20 weeks*) 6 weeks Rihanna "S&M" (8-8-11-14-2-1-1-2-1-1-1-1-) (12 weeks*) 5 weeks Iyaz "Replay" (1-1-1-1-1-5-4-6-10-14-13-13-16-19-21-22-18-21-21-23-25-23-21-25-26-25-28-29-33-36-37-38-39-x) (33 weeks) Tinie Tempah "Pass Out" (1-1-1-1-1-2-3-7-8-9-14-14-16-15-15-16-18-19-21-25-30-33-33-34-35-x) (25 weeks) 4 weeks Eminem feat. Rihanna "Love The Way You Lie" (7-4-3-3-3-1-1-1-1-4-5-5-8-14-11-12-15-23-25-27-31-31-49-46-x) (24 weeks) Cee-Lo Green "F**k/Forget You" (1-1-1-1-3-3-3-3-4-8-14-11-15-17-23-29-25-23-15-19-21-30-35-38-32-28-33-35-39-) (29 weeks*) As you can see it's easy to get long weeks at number one on my chart if you have a massive urban/rap song or if your name is Rihanna Edited March 23, 201114 yr by danielGaGa
February 15, 201213 yr 25 #1s (out of 155 #1s) spent 4 or more weeks at #1 with me: ------------------------------------------------------- 12 weeks Mariah Carey - We Belong Together [Non-consecutive: 1 week + 11 weeks] 11 weeks Rihanna feat. Beyonce - Telephone [Consecutive] Cheryl Cole - Promise This [Non-consecutive: 3 weeks + 1 week] The Saturdays - If This Is Love [Non-consecutive: 1 week + 1 week + 2 weeks] ------------------------------------------------------- I didn't realise I'd had so many #1s with non-consecutive weeks at #1! The vast majority of these are my favourite songs of the last few years - but I do regret a few. 'A Moment Like This', 'All I Need To Know' and 'If This Is Love' probably shouldn't have been #1 for 4 weeks each. :drama: Lol that all of these are by lead female artists / groups. Only three males listed above, via featured slots. My longest running male lead #1 is 3 weeks, achieved by Usher feat. will.i.am - OMG. Black Eyed Peas - Boom Boom Pow also spent 3 weeks at #1, comprised of 75% male members. Any other male lead #1s only spent 1 or 2 weeks at #1.

February 15, 201213 yr I started my personal chart in June 2009 but I do often chart older songs that I discover or simply re-discover (although the latter rarely happens). And in my chart songs do not have to be singles to be eligible to chart. Simply because quite a few artists I like don't release singles and/or I don't want beautiful album tracks to go unnoticed. 10 weeks : Inna - Hot [24/08/09 - 14/09/09, 19/10/09 - 23/11/09] Can't believe how obsessed I was with this. Still great and looking back I think it still fully deserved all those weeks. Why is it different from every other dance crap in the charts? I don't know but this got to me for some reason. ''Hot'' is also the #1 of all-time on my chart if you count by looking at points. 8 weeks : Kai Tracid - 4 Just 1 Day [23/03/10 - 10/05/10] Absolutely loved this back in 2003. After many years of forgetting about it I re-discovered it a few years ago. I love the lyrics of the song, and along with the video it just oozes freedom. The album version of the song which clocks in at just over 8 minutes is even better than the single version. I loved all of his albums and I wonder whatever happened to him, I need this kind of music back, there is no replacement. 7 weeks : Emmylou Harris - A Love That Will Never Grow Old [09/08/10 - 20/09/10] Emmylou equals God to me so it shan't be a surprise that she has multiple #1 songs on my chart. ''A Love That Will Never Grow Old'' was the first one to get there. From the lyrics to the delivery it's gorgeous. ''Feel strength from the hands that have held you so long. Who cares where we'll go on this rutted old road''. Well said. Lucinda Williams - Ugly Truth [25/04/11 - 06/06/11] As a Lucinda Williams fan I'm glad she returned to form on her last album and ''Ugly Truth'' really does belong right up there with my Lucinda favorites. She really ''wrecked'' her voice over the years and now sounds like she's 80 but she knows how to put her feelings in her music and that's what matters. This is the most played song on my iPod with just over 250 plays. Edited February 15, 201213 yr by Atonement
February 16, 201213 yr Since I revived my chart I've only had 2, both by the same artist. 6 weeks Swedish House Mafia feat. Pharrell - One (Your Name) [6 non-consecutive weeks] Swedish House Mafia vs. Tinie Tempah - Miami 2 Ibiza Rihanna feat. Drake - What's My Name? could very well join this list next week though. Funnily enough Swedish House Mafia vs. Knife Party - Antidote also had exactly 6 weeks atop my chart. 'Save The World' is the odd one out out of SHM's singles - it did get to #1 but for only two weeks this time. Updated list of songs with 5+ weeks at #1: 10 weeks Example - Stay Awake 8 weeks Chase & Status feat. Liam Bailey - Blind Faith 6 weeks Coldplay - Paradise [a 1-week run then a 3-week run then 2 more 1-week runs] Swedish House Mafia feat. Pharrell - One (Your Name) [two 3-week runs] Swedish House Mafia vs. Knife Party - Antidote Swedish House Mafia vs. Tinie Tempah - Miami 2 Ibiza 5 weeks Rihanna feat. Drake - What's My Name? [a 4-week run then a 1-week run] Snoop Dogg vs. David Guetta - Sweat [a 2-week run then a 3-week run] Blind Faith should really have 9 but I skipped my chart for a week partway through it. The Prodigy's Invaders Must Die and Jason Derülo's In My Head 'officially' only have 4 but should have 5 for the same reason, so both should qualify for this list but don't because of my laziness :P Edited February 16, 201213 yr by Bré
