I loved both of them, and there were rumours that they were together as a couple. Was that true? (or were they only a couple in that australian soap?) When they split I couldn't believe that. They were for me the perfect couple :lol: Oh well, I was a child :)

January 14, 20214 yr Do you still care about Jason Donovan? Especially For You and Charlene & Scott are forever in my heart, so I'm curious how Jason is doing on new season of Dancing On Ice. Maybe he's going to release new music this year, but I don't want another cover album.
January 14, 20214 yr ^^ I always support Jason - he was part of the mania of Scott & Charlene and from a nostalgia point of view I’m always interested in what he is up too. I saw him when he returned to the Joseph show in London and went to a few dates on his ‘Amazing Midlife Crisis Tour’ and have tickets for his rescheduled ‘Even More Good Reasons’ tour too. I’m sure if we ever got another album he would venture down the covers route again tbh, there is not a lot of nostalgia for his music from back in the day and to get any kind of success I think he would have to do a covers album.
January 14, 20214 yr I still like Jason, there was a short time back in the late 80's early 90s i was a bigger fan of his music than Kylies, i really enjoyed his first 2 albums, too many broken hearts i always enjoy hearing when it crops up on shows, radio etc. His third album when he moved label had some good points too, i still love oxygen and mission of love.
January 14, 20214 yr If I remember correctly Kylie actually dumped Jason for Michael Hutchence in 1989. Kylie was in Japan while Jason was in New York & she broke things off over the phone & the next day it was all over the papers. That was when the backlash started against Kylie.
January 15, 20214 yr The break up messed jason up for a very long time and badly. I sometimes wonder if they had stayed together and done a scott and charlene would kylie have still continued full speed with her music career.

January 15, 20214 yr I remember this, when i look at this now there are parts when it looks kylie is really more into Jason than he is into her. I think Kylie said before she was more keen to go public with the relationship and Jason wasnt which led to falling outs, i know at the time they never really confirmed their relationship for a long time.
