I have a question though, what was the point of the ex-housemates, we didnt even see them get killed and turn to zombies?

They were basically cameos i think

OMG I love it so far :o

This well should have been on Ch 4

I know it should. I can't watch it on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on a tv now  . Still they need to save some good stuff for E4 otherwise E4 would get a reputation as a repeat channel and any good stuff will get bad ratings. If they carry on showing Skins, Fonejacker, Dead Set and other big shows on E4 it should help the channel even if those shows would do better on C4.

I liked it.

I was rolling when that lady walked in through the BB doors crying with blood on her body holding a pair of scissors and the housemates shouted "It's a new housemate" and applauded.

Where is Liz May Brice in this?

Is Liz May Brice the woman who was in 'Bad Girls'??

(BIG mistake of axing that show I thought )

E4's 'Dead Set' brings in 1.2m

E4's original drama Dead Set got off to a strong start last night (Monday) with over 1 million viewers, according to overnight figures.

The five-part series - a zombie horror set in a fictional Big Brother house - is being stripped every night this week on the digital channel. The hour-long first episode pulled in an average of 1.19m and an 8.2% share from 10pm, with a peak of 1.41m (8.3%) at 10.10pm. A further 220,000 (2.9%) watched an hour later on timeshift channel E4+1.

The channel also had success with its first-run episode of Hollyoaks, which drew a reliable 682,000 (3.7%) at 7pm (+1: 117,000, 0.6%). Overall, E4's primetime share increased to 3.1% and E4+1 averaged 0.7%.

ITV2's Hell's Kitchen USA enjoyed bumper ratings, with 735,000 (3.6%) in the 9pm hour (+1: 38,000, 0.3%). A subsequent screening of GoldenEye brought in 520,000 (5.4%).

The return of Spooks for a seventh series was met by 5.5m (23.4%) at 9pm on BBC One. The spy drama comfortably beat the final episode of ITV1's Wired, which had 3.12m (13.3%) at the same time, but was down on the 6.6m (28.1%) who saw the premiere of series six last year.

Channel 4 was third in the 9pm hour with 2.82m (12%) for new series Embarrassing Teenage Bodies. BBC Two was close behind, drawing 2.6m (11%) for new two-parter Prescott: The Class System and Me. Five trailed with 800,000 (3.4%) for Unbreakable.

Coronation Street's two episodes pulled in 9.82m (43.4%) and 9.39m (37.9%) at 7.30pm and 8.30pm respectively, while EastEnders took 8.84m (36.8%) at 8pm. Emmerdale averaged 7.44m (35%) and Hollyoaks managed 2.38m (11.2%).

At 8pm, BBC Two's Autumnwatch 2008 began with a spectacular 3.79m (15.5%), easily beating Five's The Gadget Show, which had 1.19m (4.9%), and C4's Dispatches: Don't Back On The Bailout, with 0.92m (3.8%).

Overall in primetime, ITV1 led with an average share of 23.1% (last week: 24.5%) to BBC One's 22.5% (21.7%). BBC Two was third with 10.4% (9.7%), followed by Channel 4 on 6.1% (5.5%) and Five on 3.4% (3.6%).

It was good last night :D

I'm gonna miss Thursday's though :(

It was uber scary and Kelly is

Even though she carries a knife around with her and screams and is covered in blood :P

The only thing I think that will let this down is that people will probably think it's on Next Week instead of tonight...

E4 is probably one of the biggest digital channels? After BBC3, ITV2 and maybe Challenge, Bravo, Dave, Sky1, or a uktv channel.

Can't wait for tonight's episode.

I'd say E4 is bigger than probably all of those except Sky1 tbh...

Cant wait for tonight either :D

i have already have to correct a couple of people today who thought it was next week, not tonight.

it wasn't very good, was it? Crummy acting, dire script..... the only 'real' thing about it all was the BB eviction depiction......

Still, it was good to see the uber-annoying Davina getting her throat ripped out. Long overdue.

According to SKY tonights and probably all the next ones are only half an hour long :(

Au contraire, it was excellent :P

:( I have no money :( I was hoping for at least another couple of week

LMAO at the Zombie getting shot in the head!

I love this crazy ass b**ch with the gun <3

LOL me too.

I loved it when she shot that one running over the hill. Riq goes "Are you sure that was one of them?" and she just replies

"No"

I think Davina's hair needs some more Garnier nutrisse :(

NTRISSE MEANS "NOURISH" :D

That Scottish woman is about to go zombie I reckon! I bet she gnaws on that trannie :heehee:
