October 15, 200817 yr Maybe Keane can finally get into the top 20 :o . The record for most weeks in chart without going top 20 is probably Amy Winehouse- Back To Black though i could be wrong, i reckon Keane could challenge that though. Even if they don't, but get a good chart run, it'll be quite unique.
October 15, 200817 yr Give me the Sundays over the Sugababes any day!!! :D :D :D. If you're gonna stick up for a group, at least use their correct name
October 15, 200817 yr I find it funny that this must be the least in a very long time that anybody has cared about the number one single
October 16, 200817 yr I hope The Sats take over Geraldine ... what a joke. theres NO chance of that, geraldine will probably beat pink by saturday for the #1 spot. quite ironic really that a track that is 1 week old can become a #1 contender beating all these other long running tracks.
October 16, 200817 yr Was reading in one of the tabloids today that the Peter Kay song is not for charity and both he and Gary Barlow will pocket a tidy sum of profit. Would not have minded it getting to number one if it was for charity but now I know it isnt then it makes the possibility that it could go to number one even more of a joke.

Of course its not for charity. Unless you count the 'pole-dancers injured in the line of duty' referred to in the show. And unless people believe there is such a charity then they can't really claim they've bought it under false pretences. Unless they're those people who blindly throw money in charity bins without actually looking at what they're contributing to. As I detest charity records anyway (and can, with hand on heart say that I have NEVER bought one) it just adds to the fun for me. Besides .... I'd rather contribute to Peter's retirement fund than Simon Cowell's. Norma Edited October 16, 200817 yr by Norma_Snockers

October 16, 200817 yr Oh no! i wanted leon to stay not number 2 From that picture you keep insisting on foisting on us ... it looks like Westlife not only ate all the pies ... but are possibly shareholders in Ginsters, Hollands, McDougall's and the rest. My goodness - I've never seen such saggy bottoms on such young men. Mind you sitting on stools for the whole of their act probably adds to the problem! Norma Mart!n ... I apologise for going of topic! I won't do it again! ... but he asked for it! Edited October 16, 200817 yr by spiidey

I apologise for going of topic! I won't do it again! ... but he asked for it! hahahahahahah omg you must be totally blind! There is no fat on westlife at all, well maybe Mark has a few extra pounds. Those are costumes, ie "jumpsuits" they are wearing for the start of their concert, under which is also a suit. I take it you have never been to one of their concerts if you think they sit on stools. Im also sorry for going off topic. Edited October 16, 200817 yr by spiidey
October 16, 200817 yr Sorry for going off topic - danalco, is there any chance you can make your signature a bit smaller? It's ridiculously large and dominates threads.
October 16, 200817 yr It seems Charis has a bit of an ally now :P Fantastic for Geraldine! Wonder what Simon will say if it stays ahead of Leon? Still has a chance of #1 too which would just put the icing on the cake :D
October 16, 200817 yr I have changed it, but i have noticed some others that were rougly the same size as mine, but whatever.
