Although Pink rose to prominence as an R&B singer in the classic `90s LaFace mold, a front displayed on her debut CAN'T TAKE ME HOME, it was when she took control of her own image in 2001 that she truly became an icon. While the Linda Perry (4 Non Blondes) composed hit "Get This Party Started" strayed not all that far from her initial dance-pop path, the remainder of M!SSUNDAZTOOD revealed an artist schooled in the punk tradition. Further recordings wandered down multiple paths, cementing Pink's reputation as a genre-bending pop songstress. - HMV

Good dance and a good remix of a tune that was out 18 years old, I hope it becomes a #1 song soon.

I used to like Razorlight, but since they released America (:puke2:) , they've just got worse and worse while Johnny's ego has got bigger and bigger. (IMO)

I agree about Use Somebody. So pleased it's going to be the next single

I agree the second album wasn't as good but it was still very good!

I have no idea why I said Use Someday btw

Well done to the Girlies! #1! :cheer:

The winners of the 2002 reality TV show POP STARS: THE RIVALS--the show adopted a new twist on the Popstars theme, picking opposing boy and girl bands to battle it out in the U.K. charts--Girls Aloud triumphed when the single "Sound Of The Underground" b/w "Stay Another Day" topped the charts. Their cover version of the Pretenders' "I'll Stand By You', commissioned by the Children In Need charity, also topped the U.K. charts in December 2004. - HMV

OMG! OMG! OMG! GIRLS ALOUD ARE NUMBER 1 :w00t: I NEVER THOUGHT THAT WOULD HAPPEN! (Even though I said they would be Number 1 as soon as I heard the song) :w00t:

'In The Morning' was the absolute worst of the worst for Razorlight I think. :puke2:

I think I like 'Use Somebody' more than 'Sex On Fire' too. Speaking of Kings Of Leon, I rediscovered one of their older singles today... 'Four Kicks'. How fantastic?

Congratulations to GA for having their fourth number 1!

I can see in my crystal ball (that I bought just a couple of hours ago at Tesco) that the sales this week are really good :D

S!NNN is by far Girls Aloud's best song imo

Not really a fan, but that song is amazing!

LOL <3

I think this'll be their only week at #01 coz of that Help For Heroes c**p next week.

Fantastic top 3 tbh, and the whole top 10 is really good this week! I only dislike Geraldine actually :D

Agree. Sadly. It's high time the girls had a number one, so I'm happy, but it's not their greatest song ever (I would say that's Wake Me Up, but I think I'm in a minority).

Tesco?! I gave you 100 euros to by a decent crystal ball, not a Tesco value one!
