November 4, 200817 yr  Bellamy Bros. Is this the One hit wonders who sang If i had a beautiful body would you hold it against me back in the 70s  or is it a new act i haven't heard yet
November 4, 200817 yr what is the girls aloud live album that is in the album chart? Edited November 4, 200817 yr by danalco
November 4, 200817 yr Leona @ #13. Expected, as it has only had 1 day of sales. It'll easily shoot up into the top 3 over the next 2 days. Bit low considering the supposed pre-orders on the Fresh chart? Anyway just sums up the whole shambles the release has been from the start: Video released 7 weeks before single. And then on sale 5-6 weeks before the single. And the bizarre YouTube strategy on area restriction thus reducing hits. Goes to independent radio around 11 weeks before the release. So early that airplay is now decreasing before the single is released. "First play" + interview on Radio1 nine weeks ago at 9.30pm on a Sunday night, well before any likelihood of an add. Then nothing. Gets released two weeks early on 7Digital before having to be pulled. Not released (yet) on Play.com. Released on Amazon and iTunes a day after all the other major tracks in a very competitive week. And all this for a song which has been available for download in HQ form for the last 7 months for any fan who wanted it. Edited November 4, 200817 yr by 6weeksatnumber7
November 4, 200817 yr Girls Aloud - Live Top 30 for this is amazing!! Think the top ten will be completely different throughout the week though - Quite an exciting week this week!
November 4, 200817 yr YAY for Girls Aloud. :o Though it won't be at 100k by Sunday, probably nearer 80k. Leona will also climb a bit by Sunday, but only to around #8 or so. Any exact position for Alesha Dixon? Where are The Saturdays and Sugababes albums this week?

November 4, 200817 yr If Sugababes' record company have any sense they will be begging the producers of the X Factor to get them on the show to do a performance, I think they really need it.
November 4, 200817 yr I personally dont think they should have released Forgive Me at all. Take A Bow from the album would have been a much better choice. The fact that they didnt even put FM on the original album but then got it for the American release says to me that they are releasing it more for the American audience than for everyone else. Though that said I dont know when it was recorded so I could be horribly mistaken! :P

It's not all about "begging" them, if it was that easy, everyone would perform on X Factor. And considering the flop of the album, I don't think Cowell will be inclined to invit them, especially after the like of Britney, Leona and Beyonce...
November 4, 200817 yr They sing Let Your Love Flow on the TV advert, :D :yahoo: Recognize it now. Just checked it on youtube. Love this song ;)
November 4, 200817 yr Martin :) Where exactly is Alesha, Sats Album + Single & Sugas Album + Single please :) Thanks :D Edited November 4, 200817 yr by Mikal™
November 4, 200817 yr :yahoo: Recognize it now. Just checked it on youtube. Love this song ;) There is alo an updated version by a guy called Alan Connor which is even better - Was released back in July but flopped

And considering the flop of the album, I don't think Cowell will be inclined to invit them, especially after the like of Britney, Leona and Beyonce... The Sugababes album has hardly flopped yet. It might not have done as well as previous albums but could still sell well over xmas when promotion for their 2nd single kicks in.
November 4, 200817 yr :yahoo: Recognize it now. Just checked it on youtube. Love this song ;) I don't know if you're being sarcastic, but I'm really :w00t: that it's top 40. It's a great forgotten oldie and a breath of fresh air. If you want something a bit more up to date, there's a nice dance version out there by Mike Melange Feat. Alan Connor. Really  for Leona though I agree they messed up the release. Edited November 4, 200817 yr by TomKay
November 4, 200817 yr The Sugababes album has hardly flopped yet. It might not have done as well as previous albums but could still sell well over xmas when promotion for their 2nd single kicks in. So far it is a flop sorry. 8-26 = flop. I'm not saying it won't climb up again, but so far, it ain't looking good.

November 4, 200817 yr Pink's album will probably be on about 175k by Sunday after 2 weeks of sales. She is doing well, and she hasn't exactly been burning up the UK with promotional events either, she is a true global star now.
