What is the world coming to?! :( :) I just think this single has been handled really badly. No promo (apart from CIN), video was only played last week, radio stations havent picked it up really and CIN was almost three weeks ago now!

With the gig probably finishing at 10//11 - Then everyone has to get home and actually download the track for it too count. Hmmm - I think most sales, may pass over to next weeks chart. Because in fact, I'm going to the Liverpool Gig on Saturday, and I'll text in just for good measure. I just really hope that they don't break the record, 14 consecutive Top 10's. Hmmmm... November 27, 200817 yr Thanks *Ben* that's interesting, so that would equate to about 1k for both overall , by the end of this week then? obviously sales would be a little higher at this time of year anyway. For the singles I don't think it can reach 1k, it'll be somewhere between 600-800 imo. For the albums I don't have a clue. I've done a little research and found some sales of weekend ending 1st March 2008. I don't think it's a crime if I tell you what the # 100/200 song sold that week: #100: singles: 1,585 albums: 1,873 #200: singles: 705 copies albums: 991 copies So I was quite close with my estimations :D Nearer to Christmas sales could be higher though imo.

We hardly get any sales info for #200 or #100 these days, it could be anything, it depends on the time of year, we could have a bad week, its never fixed. And now with Woolies in administration the music industry could suffer.
