GA album at no5, i cannot believe that!

  :w00t:

I have a feeling Queen B could overtake them though.

Still Brilliant for GA there sales must be doing brilliantly!

:w00t:

And wow at James Morrison ! Can't believe the GA Party performance gave it such a big popularity ! :o His last duet on CIN didn't have the same effect at all hehe

I think it was a combination of how popular GA are and the fact that it was smack bang in the middle of X-factor first show and results that did it!

Brilliant Though It's a super song, although as much as I love Girls ALoud I don't think there duets were that brilliant TBH...

I think Beyonce sales should slowly fade away during the week, while GA should remain strong due to the two TV performances this week :)

Thats because GA's was rather amazing and the other was meh.

I don't think it would matter who James dueted with on BS. Its such a brilliant song. Just needed people to get to hear it more

Thank you very much!

NO

Any Rhydian album news please ?

Top 15

Oh my word. Hopefully Gabrz is lurking at #21 in the top 30 so she can sneak into the top 20 tomorrow. :heehee:
Where abouts is Katy Perry in singles? Also, celine in the albums please? thanks
As if !

The Jeff Buckley's version was already doing really well on itunes, and it was certain that the X Factor finale would give it a big boost ! It has quite nothing to do with his "bid" to help it, the song is popular on its own (and thanks to the XF obviously lol).

Im assuming this is Gordon Smart in The Sun? The Facebook campaign began over 2 weeks ago and as you say the track was already gearing up Itunes, I dont think anyone doubted it would go top 10, this same fella also took the credit for Run being #1 apparently it was down to him that the record company released it, it was always going to be released, the only difference was it came a week earlier then planned, ie just after the album went #1.

Yes she is :)

Katy down 5, Celine down 6.

Just out of interest, do people think this could be GA biggest selling week with OOC because at no8 they did 77k last week and if it ends up at 5 or 6 come sunday, sales should be higher right?

To be honest I wouldn't have a clue how its doing, as with all the distribution problems, it probably did around 20k yesterday, we just have to wait and see if we can get sales this week.
