December 18, 200817 yr GA will do about 110,000 by the end of the week regardless of chart positions Edited December 18, 200817 yr by YorMomIsHot
December 18, 200817 yr What U were discussing at the start of the thread, the power of TV for promoting music well either it didn't work for Britney or else without it she could have had and EVEN bigger flop than her last album (in relative terms). As usual her fanatics are too in denial to accept that the Xmas period sells a major chunk of the years total sales in a few weeks. Regardless that each position has an increased sales value, a slump down the chart still indicates the lack of appeal among the general buying public at that time - that there is more people buying music doesn't change the fact a flop is determined by its relative unpopularity rather than the actual total buyers.A record that had constant appeal/chart position in the Xmas period and would see its weekley sales RISE as total sales increased each week (eg GA overall this Xmas), while a record would loose out on huge potential sales if it plummeted down the chart at this time of year - even if it sales remained constant such is the unique nature of these few weeks. It is the huge loss of potential sales by bombing so far from its original position so quickly that indicates a flop imo (like SG GH last year even tho it got to #1 - it never had any stability). It certainly matches the usual pattern Britneys albums now take on here (in comparison to the size of the hit single eg Toxic) The difference with Brit of course was that her TV performance was MORE car crash tv - tetchy, souless, limp + braindead causing mass disatisfaction from expectation (if she's not well enough to be doing a job she shouldn't be doing it but thats not going to stop the greed of those who now control her) - having all the trade marks of someone who has just recently suffered a major life changing mental breakdown (from which they will never have complete recovery but at least have a quality of life) and has been prematurely pushed into the very thing which caused her breakdown in the first place, thanks to her heartless $$$$$, now in complete control puppet masters, her Dad and her Record Company(sausage factory "lets catpitalize on her recovery and slap some sh!te together in a few weeks") music makers Jive). The "fans" as usual are too busy getting off on the chart positions and sales to give a toss abour the poor cow's wellbeing as long as she keeps getting those chart positions and sales thats all that matters!

It's giving her, her best sales since 'Ooops' and although, yes they could be better at this time of year, but we all know very well, Britney doesn't do all that well on Albums. She performs better on singles. Even GA are/were more of a singles act, until Cheryl's appearance on X Factor.
December 18, 200817 yr Oh yeah and Alexandra recieves news that Her single is the fastest selling Download EVER! 9qvBxH1tID0
December 18, 200817 yr Top 180 JLS - Hallelujah* *Almost definitely a database error - this does likely not exist I think according to some forums that 7Digital f***ed up at midnight and the Alexandra and JLS versions were available to download

The "fans" as usual are too busy getting off on the chart positions and sales to give a toss abour the poor cow's wellbeing as long as she keeps getting those chart positions and sales thats all that matters! Because a single selling just under 200k with 6 weeks straight in the top ten, along with an album selling 125k+ in two weeks, is a TOTAL flop. Blackout had sold around 60k by it's second week...so check your facts you daft cow. Not to mention the biggest female worldwide debut for an album, 816,000+ in it's first week. Yeah, major floppage. And stop acting like your a roughed up version of Oprah, you know nothing about her personal life...unless your just as dense as most of the public believing everything the tabloids throw at you. And the only reason Britney fans have so much opposition to you on here is because you are too busy talking out of your ass and talking $h!t you know nothing about...and then you try to have an argument. Think what you want, Circus is a worldwide smash...and people aren't pushing her to do anything, she is spending every moment she can with her kids (when she has them) and in her free time she promotes the album. It's so funny, you think your really intelligent...but you come across as a complete babbling tard, now I'm sure you will reply with yet another essay about Britney, but I really couldn't care less. I have put my two cents in. HOLLAH.
December 18, 200817 yr Britney will sell only during this Christmas days but after that she'll disappear coz her album is not high quality ... I cant listen to her songs more then twice...they are becoming boring for me

I cant listen to her songs more then twice...they are becoming boring for me I don't think so.. I reckon when circus get's it's full release it will push the album up again.
