Waking Up In Vegas is the fourth single from Katy Perry's album One Of The Boys. She will be performing it tonight on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.

MUCH better choice than 'Thinking of You'

 

Rubbish performance on Ant & Dec though. Hopefully this become's a moderate hit for her.

 

'Self Inflicted' & 'Lost' remain my fave's though :(

My Fave 5 from Katy's UNDER RATED (IMO) album.

 

Ok its a good rocking showstopper of a song but i don't like it at all. One of my least faves. TOY is definently better or Self Iflicted

Great choice! Needed to be released as the 3rd to make it a bigger success, but if the first 3 had great videos, I have extreme high hopes for this one! A top 15 hit, I'm gonna say

Hot & Cold and IKAG were so much better then TOY and this.

 

This song is ok though, just extremely generic and just bleh. Ur So Gay should be re-released or One Of The Boys should be released. OR I'm Still Breathing.

 

Those are the only 3 songs on the album I like after HAC and IKAG.

That's what I was thinking...I didn't think it had even been given a push yet.

I like this song a lot, I think her album is pretty awful but she's been smart with the singles so far and released the album's best four tracks.

 

Performing this instead of 'Thinking Of You' was a bizarre decision to say the least though.

It's just my opinion of course, but whilst IKAG and H&C were strong songs, they were very generic. Formula Dr Luke-type stuff...

 

Waking Up In Vegas has more personality. Still baffling that they're ignoring If You Can Afford Me. Her best song. By a MILE.

Thinking Of You NEEDED to be performed tonight, it was her only chance to do a "Miley" and get a top 20 hit out of such a bloody AMAZING song, but it may have just lost its chance of even entering the top 40 which it clearly should do :(

^ She'll probably never do that song live though because she cannot actually sing in tune live for any of her songs. It's one awful mess fo'realz.

She already performed it live and it was beyong awful, but still what a wasted opportunity not performing it last night, and great choice hopefully they can close the album with I'm Still Breathing.

She's one of todays worst live vocalists and the song is BORING.

I agree with Jark, how they avoided If You Can Afford Me, is beyond me. I suppose it would only do as well as this track though, because it is clear to see why they went for IKAG and HAC.

I do like Katy and her music but she can't sing that great live but it was a good performance actually after watching back but very gimmicky. I also might have mistaken this for one of 3 other songs of her album that i wasn't keen because it ain't that bad but their is much better still

I dont like this that much at all,the only song of hers i like is hot n cold i dont care for the others at all and she isnt very good live either
