Isn't La Roux a band?

Or, more exactly, a duo.

Yep, it is usually a duo. :D

Elly Jackson and Ben Langmaid. ;)

Formed in the mid-1980s, the British electropop dance duo Pet Shop Boys neatly summed up the age of WALL STREET player Gordon Gecko's greed-is-good dictum and Ronald Reagan's trickle-down economics policy in one of their early singles, "Opportunities (Let's Make Lots of Money)." However, unlike most of their companions in the 1980s charts, they proved to have remarkable staying power, scoring hits throughout the decade and well into the '90s, and undertaking intriguing and successful collaborations with iconic pop artists like Dusty Springfield and Liza Minnelli. Their later projects included scoring a West End musical and a 2004 live soundtrack to the classic 1920s Russian film, BATTLESHIP POTEMKIN - HMV

Easily, the best tune of the week from PSB I hope this tune will stay in the top 40 next week. It is amazing that their first hit "West End Girls" was release in 1986 :o

La Roux won't be Top 10 unfortunately. But, at least it means, I have got the right Top 10 songs in Bens Prediction Game, just probably the wrong way round.
Well done Beyonce 15 songs..all top 12 :D

Great for La Roux!

Think I even prefer 'In for the Kill' to 'Quicksand'! :o

La Roux - In For The Kill is the 98th song to chart in the top 40 in 2009 so far.

Never expected La Roux to do this well! I'm thrilled! :D

Glad PSB made #14 at least
