B-Rye, they aren't bad contenders. 4 Of Those 5 contenders should be in the Top 5, with T.I possibly being #6 or #7, I would imagine, so its not that far I don't think.

I know.

I don't get having five contenders anyway. Maybe three max. =/

J Mraz next?

Hmm, you seem a little too psychic. If you know anything, please don't post until R1 have announced :P Ta.

'Closer' or 'Crawl' should be the next single, but I don't know if it's too late or anything...

Lol, I'm making educated guesses based on the top 40 last week.

There will be a lot of songs down 6 or so, with the 5 new entries and Metro Station climbing.

Anyhoo, I shall stop predicting the next song.

I'm still predicting in my head though, and I got Killers and AAR right... =/

Maybe I'm a psychic.

Completely bored of this now :(

He will always be a one hit wonder though! Despite there being some decent tracks on his album! (Which is actually quite good :P)

Predict away, dear boy, it's just spooky how right you were!

Don't mind me, just observing, because once again I haven't got a radio anywhere near me

Though a batch of 1980s-New Wave-inspired bands started making noise in the early 2000s, it wasn't until the Killers' 2004 debut album HOT FUSS (and its crossover hits "Somebody Told Me" and "Mr. Brightside") that the style really broke through to the mainstream. Heavily indebted to the likes of the Smiths, Psychedelic Furs, et al, the Las Vegas, NV quartet brought a contemporary sense of urgency to their retro-loving dance-rock sound and taught a new generation of kids that it doesn't have to be disco to be dance music. For follow-up SAM'S TOWN, the group obviously feasted on a gorge of Bruce Springsteen style rock, and while the sound boasted a slightly harder edge, the group retained the critics' and fans' adoration. - HMV
