April 15, 200916 yr how come eminem is in the top 20 if he only two days only on Itunes and only 16? Weird... I hope he can get number 1 next week but this week the Itunes ruined him the chance. Because iTunes has a lag effect so Eminem is probably actually selling in the #10 slot-ish on iTunes already.
April 15, 200916 yr I wonder why some songs (like this) get into the top 20 (not even top 15) on iTunes with no support (practically) from other sites and immediately go into top 20 on the official chart, whereas other songs (like Franz Ferdinand who peaked at like, 12? on iTunes and stayed top 15 for like a whole week) never make it there even with a physical release. =/ The former because they're selling well on non-iTunes sites (i.e. better than their iTunes position), the latter because they're not selling as well on non-iTunes sites. Also, remember, some songs have more than one version on iTunes - you need to add both pop bars together to get the actual position on iTunes for that song.
