Yeah Pesh will stay at no.1, they have kept a 5k lead! So should hold out all week tbh!

Tinchy has done really well to be selling 13k a day! :cheer:

With a little luck Beyonce, could get to no.3, if KOL slide anymore...but she will overtake the Noisettes! :yahoo:

Shame about La Roux but i like the Tinchy Stryder song so im not fussed over who gets number one..
I did not think I would ever be pleased to see N-Dubs listed as #1. But thank f*** it's not that dreadful wailing La Roux banshee.
New peak for Beyonce album please :cheer:
Why is My Sharona back in the chart? :o
Why is My Sharona back in the chart? :o

There's an advert with three blokes in a lorry singing it on the...Oatibix (?) advert.

Placebo are 100+20+1

:o I thought they'd be higher than that!

Hopefully they can be at least top 75 by Sunday!

Brilliant top 3, hopefully Eminem will reach top 5 soon too :D

Could I get the exact chart position for 'Yes, Pet Shop Boys' please?

All we know is that it's not top 40 :(

Not updated yet, its a late one or a no show.
Anyone else think Tinchy Stryder will get the longest running No1 of 2009?
Nope. Well maybe so far but Leonas back at the end of the year :kink:

I’m sure Leona will have a sizeable No1 at the end of the year, good material permitting. However competition from Alexandra, X Factor Finalists 2009 and the X Factor winner’s song will curtail any potential long runners in the fall. :P

When you put it like that, it sounds like Autumn will be full of ghastly X-Factor no.1s. Perhaps I should book a holiday....

Still no updates will update when available, I'll be away after 2pm for awhile, but don't hold out your breath for the updates to turn up.

X Factor Finalists 2008 was a one-off, I don't think they will be doing that again, hopefully not with the 2009 contestants.

I'm late and the update is more late. Erggghh... :(

Speaking of end of this year, Just Dance might get dethroned at that time.

*cough* X Factor Winner *cough*

I agree, I don't think it will happen again.

With regards Leona - Alex's single will be out in time for the first live show (circa middle October); whereas Leona will be out likely in early November. I wouldn't bet against Leona being #1 from point of release until the X Factor winner releases in the Xmas week.
