I've never understood Cascada. I thought that the Blond Woman was called Cascada, but the name

is of the entire 'Dance Act', I think. I also think they are German. They seem to do a lot of Covers.

Their Singles sound like they belong in 1991 or 1992, to me. Hardly a creative Act. It would be far

more interesting to have 'MITM' at No.1 on Sunday.....

Natalie from Cascada is English even though she was born in Germany.

the week Everytime We Touch was No.2 in the UK, Shakira's Hips Don't Lie was at No.1, so I don't agree that it should have beaten that :o it is their best single though, marginally for me...What Hurts The Most, Miracle and even Evacuate The Dancefloor all come close, I just shamefully adore the band

Oh no Shakira deserved no.1 too but it was a shame Everytime We Touch never got no.1 at all that year when it was big because its their best :D

No offence to Michael Jackson and his fans, but I desperately wat Cascada to beat him to number one this weekend. MJ has had many before and this may be the only chance Cascada get to have one.
Those single sales seem below average for a Thursday, seems the sales are staggered between all the MJ tracks. Its a shame MITM is slipping away, Cackada's track is not that brilliant. What an awful 1100th #1 that will be.

Looks like La Roux has got the album #1 in the bag now.

The 1000th no.1 was pretty poo though as well.

Will Cascada be the first comedy number 1 of the year..?

I can't think of any others.

Cascada??!!! :o

The top 5 singles sales are high in general but its looking likely no wthat Cascada wil be number 1 on sunday, i dont really like the Cascada song and i have always loved man in the mirror so i would like michael jackson to get the number 1 although it would be nice for cascada to have a number 1 as they have had a few big hits but never a number 1.

Michael Jackson will mor ethan likely have 6 albums top 10 come sunday such a shame that all his album have pushed take that down to to number 11 as had this tragic event not occured they would be still top 5 this week, still not to complain the circus has been a massive success to date.

I believe I haven't made my opinion about Evacuate The Dancefloor.

I don't find it the best single, but I don't mind it at #1, even though MJ should've made it first before Cascada.

IMO, ETD is a good, catchy track, even though a rip-off to Just Dance. ;)

Anyway, about midweeks. MJ is very ahead of La Roux (singles) so I think he has to settle at #2...

Looks like there will only 2 MJ tracks to enter Top 10. (MITM and BJ).

That ruins my Top 10 predictions. :(

Good to see Killswitch still Top 20.

LOL I actually think it's hilarious how people are overreacting if Cascada tops the charts. Calm down people, its not the end of the world!

Having now heard Cascada... oh my god, how much like Just Dance does that sound like?! Even down to the Colby O' Donis-style bit in the middle! I've heard some close similarities in songs before, but that song is unbelievable. Jeez.

Anyway, RyRy, could you please let me know if there's any MJ songs just outside the top 40 that you haven't listed? Don't need exact positions or anything like that, just if there's anything that's around 41-50 that could make the top 40 if it gets a push at the end of the week. Much appreciated, cheers!

And yes, everyone go buy MITM. Much more worthy number one than bleedin' Cascada. There's a reason Michael Jackson's had number ones before and Cascada haven't... :P

Cascada will be #1, it's obvious. On Tuesday the gap was 7,7k, now it is 2,4k. They might overtake him on Friday. Even La Roux can climb to #2 at the rate how Michael is falling in iTunes
Heya !

Can we have quite exact position for Noisettes (Never Forget You and the album) please ? ^_^

NFY is down 5 places since Sunday

WYH is up 5 since Sunday

The album sales are bigger than the singles! :P

The #1 album sales are bigger than the #1 single, yes. :heehee:

Evacuate The Dancefloor will overtake the La Roux album saleswise. :P

The album sales are bigger than the singles! :P

You mean the number 1 album sales are more than the number 1 single. This statement is not true for all the other positions.

Cascada for number 1 michael jackson has already had number 1s someone who hasnt had one should have it.
How many MJ songs (not Jackson 5/The Jacksons, just Jackson solo) are top 75?
