this whole 'waiting for leaks' business has always confused me a bit personally :lol:

 

why reserve someone on the off chance that a song you haven't even heard might be good thus preventing somebody else from using said artist with an already leaked/older song/album track? it smacks of desperation/just to get a good result...why not just send a song that you already know and love rather than waiting for something to see if it has 'BJSC potential' :unsure:

We've had quite a few applications, it's a tough choice, there have been quite a few amazingly good applications. We really don't have enough slots for all the people that we could hire.
