September 2, 200916 yr Hmm nothing shocking there, they're getting in quite early on Alexandra and Robbie aren't they? :o Gutted that Bev is still only B List on Radio 2. :(
September 2, 200916 yr cant believe they're ditching Medina, losers. Oh yeah I forgot about that. When's that due for a release? Very early with Alexandra and Robbie too, though not all that surprising. But BBC Radio 1, how about supporting one of your OWN reality show winners? :arrr:
September 2, 200916 yr Author Medina is out on the 21st, same week as Shakira. I'm shocked cos all the dance dj's seemed very supportive of it, which usually indicates a playlisting. Cant believe they put Basshunter instead of her...
September 2, 200916 yr I thought Robbie's song wasn't debuted yet? Anyway, a few rather odd things on the playlist this week and also some good things. Booty Luv A-List. Hmph. Coldplay on the A-List. Not totally unexpected, but I've yet to hear the song. Florence A-List. That's great! :w00t: Nneka still A-List. Great, I thought they'd drop her. :) Paramore up to A-List. Hope it doesn't flop :w00t: Shakira A-List. Unexpected. :o All Time Low, The Big Pink, Example, Newton Faulkner, La Roux, Lady GaGa all up to B-List. Good for them. A bunch still stalling on the B-List - 4 Strings, Deadmau5, Esmee Denters, P-Money (:() and You Me At Six. Of the additions to the C-List, good ones are Basshunter, Chipmunk, Filthy Dukes, The Temper Trap (late much?) and Tiesto (:w00t:). Not so great is Alexandra Burke and I haven't heard Robbie or Basement (again, late much?) Madonna, Paloma and FFAF continue to stall on C-List. Egypt, Mumford & Sons and The Qemists continue to stall on the Upfront list. I think The Qemists must have the record for most weeks on Upfront without ever making the main playlist? Arctic Monkeys and BEP finally out. Slightly more sad evictions from The Prodigy (:manson:), Frank Turner (:manson:), Wale () and Noisettes (). Not bothered about the other two going. Cant believe they put Basshunter instead of her... Oh don't get me started on that Basshunter song. :( So two thousand and late and all that...
September 2, 200916 yr Bit late on the Temper Trap seeing as it was released in July. Congratulations for once again being the leaders on new music Radio 1. NOT.
September 2, 200916 yr Has Robbie even leaked yet? Anyway fantastic to see Booty Luv and Veronicas moving up and Alex playlisted so early. Shame Madonna and Paloma are stalling though.
September 2, 200916 yr DJ Records Of The Week this week: Greg James Mumford & Sons - Little Lion Man  Jo Whiley Filthy Dukes featuring Wiley - Tupac Robot Club Rock :funky: Edith Bowman The Temper Trap - Sweet Disposition :o so late Scott Mills Jordin Sparks - S.O.S (Let The Music Play) Weekend Anthem (as chosen by Fearne & Reggie) Egypt - In The Morning (Let Your Love Come In) :funky: Zane Lowe Editors - Papillon :o Nick Grimshaw Gossip - Love Long Distance BBC Introducing Boney Black - Save The World  Seeing Sweet Disposition suddenly getting Radio 1 support like a month after release is somewhat pleasing. Grimmy was supporting the track before it was popular though. :D Edited September 2, 200916 yr by B-rye
September 2, 200916 yr Some surprises this week, madonna hasnt moved and they playlisted alexandra already! :D
