Irish girlband B*Witched have reportedly held talks about making a musical comeback.

The four-piece, made up of twins Edele and Keavy Lynch, Sinead O'Carroll and Lindsay Armaou, are said to be considering reuniting after meeting up for the first time in over three years.

"Lindsay and Keavy flew in especially for the night out and I picked them up from the airport and Edele cooked us all dinner in her house," O'Carroll told Irish Central.

"It was lovely seeing them all again as we were very close for a long time."

O'Carroll and Edele Lynch, whose feuding contributed to the group's original split in 2002, have apparently put past differences behind them since both becoming mothers.

"What happened is in the past and we have both moved on," O'Carroll said. "We have a lot in common now, given that we both have baby girls."

B*Witched rose to fame with debut single 'C'est La Vie' and enjoyed two Top 5 albums.

Well, if Aqua can do it, why not? Though I don't know who their market will be now...
Did they not stage a comeback a few years back on the X Factor? Calling themselves the Conway Sisters or something, quite unpopular...
LMAO. I love them but it would never work would it? It'd be amazing if they did and did a 2009 GaGa esque sound or something <3.

I loved them n thought they were gud singers..their album is not bad either

Not sure how B*witched wud do but it wud be great if they did get back together

B*witched were my favorite group when i was younger, id love to see them come back, i'm sure they could alter their sound slightly in order to make themselves sound more current. They're in their 30's now so im sure they'd go with a more mature sound anyway. It'd be really great to see them together again.

 oh dear, they just won't appeal to anyone now :(

To You I Belong is one of the most gorgeous winter ballads of all time though

and I had a cheesy soft spot for all three of their other #1's! It all went a bit downhill on album two though...

LMAO!

As long as they give me another 'Rev It Up', 'Like a Rose' or 'Castles In The Air' I'll be happy :heehee: Seriously though, Pure pop at it's best with these! Their debut was one of my favourites at that time.

They did have a third album in the pipeline, with a video to be shot in Africa for the 1st single "Where Will You Go", but the deal with Telstar fell through.

I think you mean 1998/1999 Phil :P

their 2000 output (one average song) was hardly great :heehee:

Jump Down was average, reminds me of my 2000 holiday to Tenerife though as I saw the video playing in a music shop over there :heehee:

I Shall Be There was atrocious although I did use it last year in a presentation at uni discussing 'when pop music meets world music', I also talked about M.I.A, Chicane and Youssou N'Dour/Neneh Cherry!

i thought the second album was p*** poor compared to the debut, but i adore Jesse and Jump Down. Not as much as the epic Blame It On The Weatherman though

Blame It On The Weatherman was great, it's 1-9 chart drop, plus the fact that Keavy and Edele knocked their brother (Shane from Boyzone) off #1 made me laugh

but C'est La Vie and To You I Belong were the classics for me  Rollercoaster was pretty good, but not as good as the other three, always reminds me of a youth club I used to go to though when I was 11 :/

I have it on single somewhere

I saw the video for the first time quite recently actually. I was surprised.

It's rather awful tbh.
