Is Hard or Rudeboy Rihanna's next single here? I've seen the video for 'Hard' but the release sched says 'Rudeboy'. :s

 

I think I much much prefer 'Hard' after 'Rudeboy' initially being one of my faves on the album!

I love them both, they're my favourites off the album. I don't mind which is released! :wub: I think that it's 'Rude Boy' though.

"Hard" is the next UK single. From what I understand RUE BOI is the third single tho'.

Yeah I think it's 'Rudeboy', no idea why they're playing 'Hard' on music channels though!

 

I'd love 'Hard' to be released but I fear it wouldn't do well and it's such an epic song it should either be a HUGE hit or be left as an album track imo. :P

i'd much perfer hard to be released. as much as i love rude boy and have probably overplayed it a bit to much, it just makes me cringe everytime i listen to it. is it supposed to be that full of innuendo's..?

I think it's 'Hard'... My local station keeps going on about (they're giving away free copies of 'Rated R' this week as a competition) how the winners should listen to the next single "Track 3 'So Hard' as it's brilliant"... so I dunno... This era is a complete mess :( It's done OK, so far, but it's still a mess and so unorganised. They've tried to go for the "Lady GaGa" approach, of trying not to have too long between singles etc..., but it's just not working and looking a right old mess. :(

 

It should be simple! IMO they should go:

 

01| 'Russian Roulette' [Nov]

02| 'Hard' [Feb]

03| 'Rude Boy' [May]

04| 'Fire Bomb' [Aug]

RE-RELEASE [Oct]

05| New Single...

Such a shame really as it's such a good album. Yeah, no obvious smashes, but it's still a great album that deserves better! :(

tanked? do you follow the US charts, the 1st week was her biggest sales week ever in the us, then she had steady sales until the week before xmas in which she increased 70+ % the 2nd highest increase in the top 200. this week it has risen again back upto #14 with what are predicted nearly 40,000 sales, which is great for post xmas.

 

why do people not get rihanna is a constant steady seller, but it's the end total that counts, not how you get there.

I wouldn't mind that order either, but I'm sure she'll release 'Photographs' at one point

So it is :o It's doing better than I thought over there actually, so I apologise for not doing "proper research" :P

Yeah! :wub: I'm not a big fan of CCL, but really can't see it doing well as a single. It definately reminds me of 'Rehab' though. The song I thought was always best as an album track.

 

But meh. As long as 'Fire Bomb' gets a video and a release I'm not bothered TBH! I also think FB would help the album more over here too...
