We havent seen any pop bars in a while, but plan B must be closing in if the sales gap on the mids is only 2%

Everything is closing in on them - they're a bit frontloaded.

I think when OCC combines TAALS with its B-Side tomorrow they'll be back ahead by a fair amount, so they should be good for #1, but they'll probably drop next week.

Why have the versions of Ego by Beyonce been included? Is it the next single?
Seems he has found his stopping point...:(

Hope he stays top 100 for a long time and builds up some sales for a dissapointing peak :(

It's not likely, Radio 1 will inevitably remove it from their playlist today due to the floppage and plus it's already starting to slip.

I thought it would be the new Sam Sparro... and I suppose it is if we're talking '21st Century Life'. Shame, it's probably the new release I liked the most this week.

So frustrating for Alex to peak at #41 on iTunes and then begin to fall. :(

He was temporarily at number 40 too

He did actually peak at #40 briefly yesterday, though I know that's still only a minor difference.

I guess we have to look at the bright side....we like it, so we can still enjoy it even thought he didn't storm the charts

Hasnt the B-side been removed yet?

Tinie seems to have taken a slump a bit this week... or is it just that SFG, Plan B, Delirious? and Usher (who will soon overtake) have had big increases/débuts? We'll find out when we see Tinie's sales drop on Sunday I guess. Plus Tinie has 2 other versions in the top 106, so he's probably still got a decent lead at #5 combined.
It's being shown on 4Music/The Box for some reason.

Apparently, it's the next single from the I Am... Sasha Fierce album. How many songs have they released about this album? a million  Anyway, I like the song it's way better than Video Phone.

Also yay for the Christian rock band getting nearer and nearer to the top. This Sunday should be very interesting.

Shocking for Delirious? really, the power of Facebook strikes again! Although I think it's got to the point where it's probably generating interest outside of the group and people listening to it for the first time on iTunes will be buying it too, hence it continuing to climb. I'm always surprised with these groups that people don't rush out to buy it at the first chance (i.e. Sunday) but wait until later on in the week...

Good for them though, I didn't even realise they were still together - I remember their strings of top 20 hits between 1997-2001 when I used to listen to and write down the charts but they never really had a massive hit before now.

Funny if he had 3 new songs all top 3 by Sunday. Imagine that. (Wishful thinking that i hope Delirious will knock both Plan B & SFG down and get no.1)

All of them bar the best tracks LOL. ('Radio', 'Ave Maria', 'Smash Into You' imo)

Also I'm getting annoyed so much with these facebook campaigns :( They're preventing songs who genuinely sell well from getting the positions/peaks they deserve...
