July 11, 201016 yr Lee Ryans nose should have a chart position of its own Erm... harsh? It's not that big. -_-
July 11, 201016 yr Pitbull seems to have a bit of a number 4 mist. No top 3 hits yet! Tbh Pitbull's chart-run is atrocious. He only charted with 3 songs as the main artist and with another 5 (!) as the featured artist! I think it's not fair. But at the same time no one is forced to give him a credit and let his rapping be in the song. So I'm two-minded about this. Still love 'She Said'! Hopefully 'Prayin' will go top-10 in the future! July 11, 201016 yr 28 (from 30) Train - Hey, Soul Sister [P] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/88697692092.JPG Chart Run: 64-51-36-22-22-18-21-21-25-28-32-30-28 [13 wks] Release date: 03-05-2010 Format: CDS Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: 88697692092 Label: columbia The origins of Train's widescreen, Americana-tinged rock lay in the coffee-house acoustic duo that singer/songwriter Pat Monahan inaugurated with guitarist Rob Hotchkiss after the two left the L.A. band the Apostles. Eventually they expanded to a full band and released their first album themselves before it was picked up for wider distribution. Though initially a sleeper, it slowly produced a couple of hits, and the 2001 follow-up DROPS OF JUPITER broke Train through to full-fledged star status with its grandiloquent title track. - HMV Video here: tglSCIpaXPs track listing 1. July 11, 201016 yr Doubt it - I don't think Ke$ha is anywhere near as popular as Rihanna in the UK. Maybe in the States though. I think Ke$ha will get more popular here after she releases her second album. B)
July 11, 201016 yr Hey Soul Sister   sounds great in the hot weather glad its had some pretty good staying power
July 11, 201016 yr Why is 'Hey Soul Sister' rising, each week? I'm not complaining, I love it, but I'm just a bit confused.

July 11, 201016 yr Has anyone else had a thought in his mind that Simon Cowell is going to make the new XF winner's song from 'Hey Soul Sister'? Edited July 11, 201016 yr by Arrs
July 11, 201016 yr Train's song is good but should go away now. It's too overplayed. I like the way how it missed upper reaches in the UK being a huge hit almost everywhere else. It proves that one needs more than just a worldwide smash tag to break into the British market.
July 11, 201016 yr Hey, Soul Sister's done really well when you consider the genre, lack of promotion, and song/video plays etc.
July 11, 201016 yr Wow @ She Said's chart run. :o 15 weeks in the top 30!!! Might be out next week though as it's down to #38 on iTunes. Hopefully Prayin' goes top 10 eventually and the album gets double platinum too.
July 11, 201016 yr This song's apparently the new Lonestar - Amazed, except it actually managed to sneak into the top 20 one week. But in terms of a peak that nowhere near reflects its popularity and probably long lasting impact and status as a future classic. This is one of maybe only 3 or 4 songs from 2010 so far that I can see radio still hammering for the remainder of the decade.
