September 30, 201016 yr thats just due to the current chart climate were its hard to get a massive hit once your albums released, due to cherry picking etc and also Kylie is a 'older' artist who's radio 1 airplay is being reduced with each album output and will eventually be moved to radio 2 imo - hence the fan base buys keeping her singles high in the top 20! The radio 1 airplay has been just the same as it always is with each era, she's still very much a 'relevant' artist in that aspect, kind of like Madonna and Robbie, they're always guaranteed a place on the playlist.
