Actually, looking back over the results, I have NO idea what I'm complaining about - that top ten's probably one of the best we've had for months :o Well, since XXVII anyway.

So, at what dates would I be hosting, because of Best Of?

Not until January presumably, or at least the final would be :unsure:

I feel a bit bad for N-lazone and Britney Spears placing badly. I bet many people were affected by the fact it was Britney (at least somewhat) but I was pleasently surprised by that song. I'm not usually a fan of Britney spears but I like that song.

Don't know really, it just didn't seem to click much, even a few listens in :( It's not that I didn't like it as such, it just didn't provoke much of a reaction in me - I graded it 7/10. My 1 pointer I graded 8/10 and I had a few 7.5/10's as well. There was really only one song this month that I can say that I categorically disliked and that was Jodel Time, sorry Ghosty :snif: The rest were 7/10 and upwards.

 

My song took a while to grow on me too! :lol: I have no shame in admitting that it's my least favourite entry of my own that I've sent for a couple of years - don't get me wrong, I like it a lot but it couldn't even manage top 5 in my chart :heehee:

I hated that too :lol: And you can add Latvia 2001 (Too Much) to the list too - yodelling + me = fail :(

How is it decided on which songs are in the Best Of? Do all winners get a place automatically? And do the mods try and include every country, unless a certain country hasn't had any good results recently?

I have just realised that Hendinia = Quotosibb. Only Hendinia won first with a cheap track and then with a brilliant live song, and Quotosibb - vice versa. ^_^

'Good Times' WILL more than likely receive high points from me. It's one of my favourite songs of this year, so I just couldn't not give it points. (High ones too) The Best Of shouldn't be about deducting cheapness. It should be about how much you loved it at it's respective contest, imo. 'Hollywood' will be getting points too, because it was brought to my attention via this contest :)

TBO I and TBO II had all the winners AQing, then there is a nominations stage to decide the semi finalists.

 

It is however changing for this year to address concerns by whiny buggers that TBO isn't inclusive enough.
