December 7, 201014 yr Home Alone  I have Nightmare Before Christmas, and the Muppets to watch in the next couple of weeks
December 9, 201014 yr It's a Wonderful Life and as many versions of A Christmas Carol as I can manage. The Muppets one is ok, but crap compared to some of the classic portrayals from Alistair Sim and Albert Finney. Even the made for TV ones with George C Scott and Patrick Stewart are really, really good. Even though I love Vacation and European Vacation, I think Christmas Vacation is really poor. Home Alone 1 and 2 are worth a quick run through as is Elf.

December 19, 201014 yr The Muppet's Christmas Carol takes a lot of beating, it's one of the few films I sit down to watch every Christmas. Another Christmas movie I love is Japanese anime 'Tokyo Godfathers.' It's hardly a traditional Christmas film, being that its the story of a homeless alcoholic, a transvestite and a runaway schoolgirl who adopt a baby on Christmas Eve, but it's got a real feel-good feeling about it. RIP Satoshi Kon.
December 24, 20195 yr Home Alone and Home Alone 2: Lost In New York are both two of my all time favourite movies. I can’t believe that Home Alone is 30 years old by next Christmas! :o
