Definitely know about the site, that's what they've based their 'realistic looking midweeks' on. Except they're not realistic at all.

Josh just get yourself another email address from something like gmail and then register a new name on facebook, upload a random picture of something and let them know the error of their ways!

Its all such bullsh*t. F*ck the Trashmen & F*ck Matt Cardle! If we are all so hellbent on having such a boring pi*s weak excuse for music rammed down out throats then why dont we all just go out & buy the new Daniel O Donnell record! God, that guy has been bland as can be for years & not a single penny spent in votes or hours wasted rotting infront of the TV on a Saturday night or mindless hours spent on bloody facebook.

You lot are giving them too much of your time, so much more happening on the chart dont let discussion revolve around a silly little campaign.

Apparently investigations are going on into the mflow downloads.

I wouldn't be surprised if the track gets pulled off or losing some of its sales. Talk about sheer lunacy on their part.

A RELIABLE SOURCE JUST TOLD ME WHERE ONLY 1200 COPIES BEHIND RIHANNA ON ITUNES CMON IF YOU AVENT DOWLOADED A COPY FROM THERE YET.

Yet they have no source - lol!

I wish music week would post some official figures to end this nonsense

"1.200 copies behind Rihanna on itunes" makes no sense at all since it's a rolling chart ... But good luck to anyone who'd want to explain them what a rolling chart is

This anti X-factor campaign has back fired.Matt seems like a popular winner so there campaign was never going to succeed.I do prefer Biffy Clyros version though although never liked any of there other songs.

I think this is a bit more of a reliable source, reported by the Guardian on behalf of THE OFFICIAL CHARTS COMPANY yet guess what they don't believe it. LOOOOOOOOSERS.

The X Factor winner Matt Cardle is on course to hit the Christmas number one slot by a huge margin with his single When We Collide, according to the latest sales figures.

Cardle, 27, from Essex, had sold 245,000 copies of his track by early today, according to the Official Charts Company, putting him well ahead of Rihanna, the US R&B singer he duetted with on Saturday's show.

Rihanna has sold 68,000 copies of her single What's My Name so far this week, putting her in second place ahead of The Trashman's Surfin' Bird, which has sold 44,000.

Cardle's first single is a cover of the song Many of Horror (When We Collide) Biffy Clyro. The Scottish rock band have released the original as an "anti-X Factor" single; it is currently seventh in the chart.

A Facebook page set up to try and keep Cardle off the number one spot by encouraging fans to buy the track has so far failed to excite as much interest as a similar effort last year.

An internet campaign helped Rage Against the Machine's Killing in the Name prevent 2009's The X Factor winner, Joe Mcelderry, from claiming the coveted Christmascrown last year.

Saying that though Matt didn't sell as many CD's as thought if it's 245K, still its 200K ahead of the Bird and Rihanna 20K ahead of the bird. Number 3 beckons

If thats true about Matt then he is probably looking at sales of around 500K for the week, if we use this:

Thursday: RATM 253k, Joe 216k

Thursday - Alex 289.2k

So he's similar to RATM, ahead of Joe but behind Alex - the next couple of days will be the test as bad weather starts to spread throughout the country from tomorrow. Technically, I think he's on a similar course to Alex though - had he had Sunday sales behind him.

Those are great sales for Matt! RATM sold 500k last year so I'm guessing Matt will sell that amount. And Surfin Bird won't even overtake Rihanna, what a fail!
That Bird song has sold a sixth of what RATM sold this time last year
I dont understand Biffy Clyro, why would you release the original as a anti X factor single if you gave permission for the X factor to use it in the first place :???:

I think its more Biffy fans downloading the song as soon as they heard it was Matt's winners single then anything else

Obviously to get more single & album sales. But wasn't it the fans that started a campaign?

I dont think Biffy are part of any anti X-factor campaign they were saying yesterday it was funny there song has been used.Plus the band are not fools they are going to make more I am sure from Matt singing there song than they would make off it themselves.

No doubt they will coin it in. So the whole "anti single" is just more press bullsh*t, The Guardian = w*nkers.

man, i wish i could bend over and pull random numbers out of my arse aswell!

They don't deserve Xmas Number One if they don't get how the chart works and don't believe real sales instead believe their own made up fake sales.

Anyone who posts the truth gets called a troll and gets hate.
