New single from Tinchy, and without having heard his latest album, it appears he's gone back to being pretty decent again! That chorus is absolutely huge, nice and uplifting too and I love Melanie's voice on it. If it can be a hit though is another question ...

I heard it on Capital not that long ago, so I think it will be backed by radio/tv and do better that 'Second Chance'.

^ I thought the same .... odd. Would much rather this got released.

My sister told me about this song, which is a good sign. She says she still hasn't heard about Second Chance.

 

I really hope it does well, although it's a post-album single, I understand, so it'll have to climb up the charts, and they can't front-load its sales and get it top 10. :(

Oh I'd like this to be a hit. Not because of how good it is, because well frankly it's not the impressive thing I've ever heard, but because the world really needs to be educated as to how stunning Melanie Fiona's material is.

But yea, good enough track I suppose. Could save his platonically $h!t career at the moment.

I'm not sure if Game Over was an official release. :unsure:

 

I'm not too sure if this can save Tinchy, it's a nice track, but i doubt it's strong enough to save this era.

It had a video, was on radio a couple of times. Tinchy really has had the worst run with this album and each one of his singles.. all dropping like a brick. I can see him getting dropped. Never Leave You was the song what made him, he needs another one of those. Number One is also better than every single on third stryke and take me back was good. Catch 22 had a couple of good songs.. solid album.

I loved TMB, N1 and NLY but his singles so far aren't as good. But this is AMAZING :wub: By far his best single, probably cos I love Melanie :wub:

I don't get how 'Gangsta?' is the one added on Radio 1 playlist, and this is the next single. Unless R1 changes it on their playlist tommorow (?). Anyhow, I feel this is weak compared to 'Take The World' which has a video too.

Yeah i thought Take The World was all set to be his next single... wonder what happened? Its so much better aswell :(

Game Over wasn't released as a single. It charted as an album track, so infact, it's actually one of the best-selling album tracks in chart history. The video and airplay obviously helped though.

 

Wait Your Turn by Rihanna has a video, for example, and that wasn't released as a single (and charted at #42 or something).

 

Just because a song has a video, it doesn't mean it's a single, and likewize, just because a song is a single, it doesn't mean it has to have a video. Dance in the Dark by Lady Gaga was released as a single in some countries, yet it doesn't have a video.

I agree, I don't mind Tinchy but his rapping really isn't that great on this song imo. :(

This is actually pretty good. It reminds me of Devlin 'Runaway' (although not as good imo). Still very decent though and hopefully give him another hit.

Quite like this, Melanie has a really significant part, and will probably make the song a hit. Nice.

I bet this one is going to be hit by Tinchy Stryder and Melanie did her great part.

Melanie is AMAZEBALLZ. Tinchy is shite. So it averages out as quite good. I hope this isn't Melanie's only UK hit.
