Thanks guys!

Yeah, I've noticed that happening with many artists that sell well on Downloads. Take Love The Way You Lie, and then No Love.

I can't believe how badly No Love did. :( How can someone go from such a massively successful hit to a song that can't even go top 30? :(

No Love is a really good song aswell. The beat, especially, is absolutely incredible, as is the rapping. :( It doesn't help that barely any radio stations played it. :( It relied almost solely on radio 1 and TV airplay.

Wasn't that the horrendous song that was based around Haddaway's 'What Is Love'? :puke2:

I love "Check It Out", that is the best song will.i.am as a solo artist and Nicki Minaj has ever done. I hate The Saturdays for kicking this out of the top ten.
Pack Up hasn't been re-released. You're correct, it's just Pack Up has sold more than the track that has actually been re-released.

She was promoting it more to be fair, on all the new year's shows and stuff.

Anyway, why does Will.I.Am talk in random foreign accents in his songs these days?

I've spent 10 years hammering this into people, but it looks like I'll have to do it again. BOB MARLEY DIDN'T PERFORM DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY! IT WAS WRITTEN 10 YEARS AFTER HIS DEATH! IT WAS BOBBY MACFERRIN!

Don't believe what P2P downloads tell you.

Sorry. :(

And I love Check It Out. :)

And Nicki Minaj's album should've been more successful in the UK. :(

To be fair when you think of that song you think of reggae in general which makes you think of Bob Marley, it's hardly surprising most people attribute that song to him even though he had nothing to do with it...

Yep! They abused it to the limit!

Firstly, it's not "horrendous", it's amazing.

And secondly, it was more than based around What is love, it full on sampled it. It's an absolutely incredible sample, in my opinion. I can't believe how people can make stuff like that.

I'd definitely say 'Higher' is the better song of the two.

No, I can't believe it either. Shouldn't be allowed.

theres a slight clue in its lyrics, "here's a little song I wrote" see also Now Thats what I call music 13

Hmmm, if this falls out of the top 40 next week it'll have the same number of weeks in the top 40 as The Club Is Alive.

What? DWBH reggae? Apart from Bobby McFerrin's accent when singing, there's nothing reggae about the song.

And even if it COULD be called a reggae song, there's more to the genre than Bob Marley.

JLS- I haven't liked either of thier songs from the new album.

But I quite like thier new song- with Tinie Tempah?

this new chart game has absolutely nothing to do with charts -_-

The od one rarely had anything to do with the charts either.

this has had 8 weeks, TCIA had 7 :P

and I know, but chart trivia at least had 'some' relevance to charts, this is just 'friends of the radio 1 show' saying a number :(
