January 23, 201115 yr LOL, tell that to the artists who don't have top 40 "hits" after 3 releases? It depends on your idea of a flop or hit but I don't really feel a 31-40 peak is a hit. You have to put it in PERSPECTIVE. As the 4th release from an album, it is a hit. If it was the first release, you're right, it wouldn't be very successful. But as the 4th single it wasn't released with the aim of doing super well in the charts like his first 2 singles were.
