February 27, 201115 yr Hopefully this is number one today, but as much as I would like it to spend a third week, Jessie J looks like climbing back to number 1 next Sunday Edited February 27, 201115 yr by danielGaGa
February 27, 201115 yr I forgot Greg was doing the chart as well (what is wrong with my brain today?) so hopefully it'll be a lot better. Although Edith actually mentioned this morning that we had celebrity chart numbers today. Its bad enough that feature exists let alone that its the selling point of the chart in Radio 1's eyes.

And Reggie always mentions how it's his 'favourite part of the show' - if you'd rather play clips of celebrities saying numbers than count down the chart, don't bloody host the chart show  WITS still top 40 :D This has now built up a pretty respectable chart run after quite a shaky start

It will actually be listenable! Well, just a shame about all the crappy songs... i see plenty of upward movement in the charts in 1994 - when exactly did this stop??

February 27, 201115 yr Wonder if Written in the Stars has sold over 8,000 at #40. :P This is the fourth time in five weeks Tinie has been #40 and all 4 times it's been a different song  I'm surprised Noah And The Whale didn't climb this week, it's been around top 30 on iTunes all week - great to see it still top 40 though anyway :D Hopefully this can manage decent overall sales Edited February 27, 201115 yr by Bray
February 27, 201115 yr i see plenty of upward movement in the charts in 1994 - when exactly did this stop?? lol. It hasn't stopped. Lots of the biggest songs of recent time climbed up the charts. OMG by Usher, What's My Name? by Rihanna, Ridin' Solo by Jason Derulo, Love the Way You Lie by Eminem, Airplanes by B.o.B. I could go on. Plus, even if it had stopped, we wouldn't be able to pin-point the exact time it stopped. It would've been a gradual change. Edited February 27, 201115 yr by Eric_Blob
