I've never seen any of her live performances, but in that "Who You Are" track, she completely failed to hit the high notes right - her voice wasn't just tonally bad, it was technically bad.

She hit the notes perfectly fine. You may not have liked how she hit them, but she still hit them. I don't understand what you're talking about.
