I reckon The Wanted song would go top 5 anyway without Comic Relief, it's definately my favourite song from them :)

 

I'm not really into the new Wanted release. It's at least better than JLS' charity song but don't want GF at number one

I've actually looked where the Comic Relief/charity songs charted in Ireland:

 

Islands in the stream peaked at 48, Just Can't Get Enough peaked at 6, I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) peaked at 7 and Walk This Way peaked at 14, also, Peter Kay's Children In Need Medley peaked at 6

 

so I don't think we can judge the Irish performance of the Wanted to be reflective of the Uk Performance, I still think top 3 at the very least

 

 

Jessie is at 78.4% of Adele combined now. Increasing because of the weekend effect I assume.

 

I'm extremely surprised the second PT is still ahead of the live version of SLY :unsure:

britneys only flopping because the record companies dont really understand how to vary their release strategies to take advantage of the on air on sale format- give them a couple of years as usual!!

 

songs should only be released immediately when they have the video ready and radio 1 start alisting immediate releases straight away!!

Nicole Scherzingername and Plan B on the Comic Relief thingy tonight should make some sort of effect on the iTunes chart.
