April 17, 201115 yr Not surprised we've not heard GaGa yet, BTW did go top 3 over the same time period. Born This Way had a big lead. Judas haven't reached #1 yet, so any position is possible. Hope they play both, BTW and Judas.
April 17, 201115 yr (36) Dionne Bromfield-Yeah Right Good tune from her. I hope she does well with the tune.
April 17, 201115 yr But BTW got to #1 with a big lead and had 4 more hours of sales. Judas only got to 70% of the #1. Judas will debut around 12 - 8 this week but because it hasn't had as big first week sales it has a bigger chance of number 1 than BTW had

A collaboration with rapper/producer Akon led to her signing with Interscope Records, which released her debut album THE FAME in October 2008. She scored a number one hit and a Grammy nomination with "Just Dance," which topped the charts in several other countries, but The Fame truly exploded in 2009 thanks to the single "Poker Face." April 17, 201115 yr I still love BTW, GaGa is proving to have a great second era and will not be having the "2nd album curse". A number one album with 100k first week sales isn't exactly out of the question if they release it on a Sunday/Monday Edited April 17, 201115 yr by danielGaGa

April 17, 201115 yr I think Born This Way > Judas > Bad Romance tbh. Just Dance and Poker Face > Born This Way and Judas. Definitely not imo. Born This Way is much less generic, and Judas is much better than Poker Face (nearly the whole of this top 40 is). Edited April 17, 201115 yr by Eric_Blob

April 17, 201115 yr I still love BTW, GaGa is proving to have a great second era and will not be having the "2nd album curse". A number one album with 100k first week sales isn't exactly out of the question if they release it on a Sunday/Monday Opening with just 100K would be pretty underwhelming when you consider how much her last album sold. Personally, I expect it to sell atleast 200-250K, although I don't see it coming close to 'The Fame' overall (or '21').
April 17, 201115 yr True, but Bad Romance > Judas Just Dance and Poker Face > Born This Way and Judas. I think Born This Way > Judas > Bad Romance tbh. Bad Romance > Poker Face > Judas
