Can I have Glee's album position please? :D (Assuming only one of them is top 40 (Vol. 5))
ouch @ Gaga

Chipmunk's not holding up badly, considering he's well out of the itunes top 40

I assume you mean the single version, that's down to #80 but the album version is #40.

But Amarillo never charted originally.

Yes it did, reached No.18 in 1971.

The chart will be interesting come Sunday with no update today, there are still some new entries that might chart from today onwards from Beyonce, Tinie Tempah and Pitbull, clears out the bottom half of the top 40 chart, looks like the highest faller out of the chart will come from Tiesto, and its literally the #40 track yesterday on the update.

I'm really looking forward to this week's chart, It should be very interesting, lots of new entries, climbers, fallers, should be a lot of moving hopefully.

I really hope Birdy will hold on in the Top 20. She should do, although Bruno and Bey might push her down to #20.

Note:

No sales info from MW till Tuesday, and we are due for another Bank Holiday this Friday coming, so there won't be a Friday update again.

Join us tomorrow afternoon for the Sunday Chart show thread from 3pm onwards, unfortunately I'm away tomorrow afternoon, hopefully I'll be back around 6pm, to retrieve the official charts if they are online from MW after 7pm.

Its going to be a scorcher of a Sunday "prepare sunglasses, the future is bright"

Happy Easter everyone, watch out for the Easter bunnies :P

I just hope the OCC remember to update the top 100s. They didn't do it until Monday last week, I don't think I could bear waiting until Tuesday this week :drama:

Happy Easter to you and to everyone.

Looks Party Rock Anthem for a 2nd week running.

Adele #1 12th week (not consecutively) tomorrow, but i see her being #1 till Lady Gaga comes out which is May 22nd, so could get 16 weeks at #1? I wonder when it'll drop under 100,000, maybe this week? Or could just be above that. 2,000,000+ :w00t: :w00t: Graham Norton next week I heard, singing Set Fire To The Rain

I have a feeling she'll stay just above 100k this week. MW said 21 was set for a sales increase this week due to Easter but I'm not sure about that.

With Graham Norton next week and Glee the following week I think she could make it all the way to 15 consecutive weeks over 100k (assuming she stays over it this week) :o And possibly even more, I mean no one expected more than about 2 weeks over 100k initially even after we saw her first week tally, but she's done 12 already. Anything is possible. :D

I still haven't bought 21 :kink: Might download it maybe next week just to add another 1 to her 2m+ :P

I'm curious as to whether Beyonce can manage to crack the top 10 come Sunday - it's been in the top 15 since release and rose to the top 10 quite quickly. Gaga fans are surely going to be disappointed when 'Judas' climbs to number 11; which I definitely see happening.

Bruno will debut in the 18-24 region, with Pitbull, Jessie J and Chipmunk all debuting in the 28-36 region.

Hopefully Gorillaz, Jamie Woon and Chipmunk won't get too bad chart positions, it didn't look good for them on Thursday.
