Susan has a point though. A lot of her ideas ARE being over looked and they sort of are dismissing her points as invalid just because of how young she is. But, the others are correct in that she needs to speak up a bit more and not just give in.

Jim is a complete twit though. Even arguing with Nick, when he was proven to be wrong! (With the whole Su suggesting to slash the price and stuff) He should have gone for that in all honesty. I really, really dislike him. I don't find anything likeable about him at all.

I think Zoe at the very least should have been taken into the boardroom. No wonder she sat there sheepishly every time the magazine name was mentioned. I'm not Susan's greatest fan - but no way should she have been brought into the room on this occasion.

I can't believe that up to week 3 I thought Jim was a sure-shot for the job. He's an absolute arsehole who just seems to pass the buck on every task. He's the kind of man who eventually could delegate himself out of a job, any job!

Kath

Susan is amazing. Star of the series! I would like her as my friend pleeeease.

Jim? Vile! He certainly should've gone tonight out of the three, but like Kathy says, Zoe should definitely have been brought back in in the place of Susan!

Oh and Helen = fittest Apprentice contestant ever.

Ok, I really wanted Jim to go after that. I even thought he was going.

Not that Glenn had shown much potential (aside from acting like an arrogant twit and being responsible for 'see their light' in the last couple of weeks), but it is the second task in a row where the team leader fucked up, and the team member who'd been reasonably competent goes. Jim is by far the worst left though. His bull$h!t is unbelievable.

Susan, Melody, Tom, Leon and Helen for interviews now. Zoe and Jim need to be shown that door.

Hmm.. Melody and Susan are more my thing, but Helen did look stunning tonight, so I'll give you that one. She looks so much better with her hair down, rather than up.

First episode I have caught all series :o

Hip Replacement  Reminded me of the fun this show is, I'm gonna have to watch the rest!

Susan was FINALLY amazing in the boardroom today, and rightfully so! If she can turn this round by continuing to be the only CORRECT person in the whole process but in a much louder fashion, then I think she's still in with a shot.

Jim was absolutely VILE on the other hand and really should have gone, the worst kind of arse covering bullshitter! Lying is the one thing i can't STAND in this process and he was whipping them up left right and centre this time! (the name being worse than his refusal to do any kind of business and actually haggle my ARSE)

Oh and Helen = fittest Apprentice contestant ever.

Seriously? I would pick Melodie over Helen.

The fittest had to be Jennifer Maguire...ooft!

How did Lord Sugar fire her

Are the French fond of their children? Do they drive in France?

I often wonder if these contentants are playing up to the cameras "Big Brother style" and forcing themselves to look stupid. I mean...I don't know any 21 year old (until now :D ) who has ever asked these type of questions. An 11 year old? Debatable.

Dumbing down Britain. -_-

30 minutes later, and I'm still in stitches at: "Do the French love their children?"

EDIT: Guys... Alan Sugar started up a business at 17. Just saying, incase you haven't heard him say it.

Leon couldn't speak French, so he let the funky Melody do the talkin'.

That's this week summed up for y'all.

I can't argue with the decision but I'd have preferred to see Melody go so I didn't have to listen to her terribly annoying voice any more... I think Alan gave her far more credit than she ever deserved for that.
I was beginning to think Susan was misunderstood in previous weeks, but I think tonight proved that she's just completely retarded.

I LOVED today's episode. Between Susan's AMAZING stupidity (and Karen absolutely HATING on her), Melody refusing to play share, Leon's "I drew pictures. That was my contribution right there", and Tom sheepishly confessing to games of rockpaperscissors, it was a MASTERCLASS in playground games, childishness and utter humiliation. This is what The Apprentice is all about.

The right decision was made. Tom made some absolutely HORRENDOUS decisions that would normally have justified a firing in any other week, but Leon was by far the most insipid, weak and lazy sod left in there and he added nothing to ANY of the tasks so far. He should never have lasted this long.
