June 21, 201114 yr Glad the Clubland genre has had it's day. Not sure its 'had its day' - The various Clubland albums still sell very well and usually hit #1 also Cascada have not had a hit for 2 years since 'Evacuate The Dancefloor' went to #1 - Recent singles have stalled at #67 and #60 so the fact they are heading for a Top 30 album is quite an achievement for the bands genre. June 21, 201114 yr Vato at #6 :D Hopefully he can stay that high or even go top 5 at the end of the week. Currently at 7 & 87 with the EP #10 on iTunes Albums. I'm sure Adele can get back to #1 on the albums again, 2.5k isn't a lot and GaGa's POG boost will surely be running out of steam very soon (also BTW is down to #3 on iTunes Albums - Adele still at #2 with Bon Iver now at #1) Great position for Foster The People too. And good that Hard-Fi at least have one day in the top 40 :kink: Edited June 21, 201114 yr by Bré
June 21, 201114 yr Bon Iver sales will decrease as its sales are frontloaded whereas Adele and Gaga sales are more spread out throughout the week. Suppose, I think then Adele will be number one by the end of the week. Atleast I hope anyway.
June 21, 201114 yr If Hard-Fi and SoundGirl occupy the #39 and #40 positions though - it's likely that Beyonce, Inna, Chris Brown or Nicole will re-enter during the week to have another week in the top 40.

June 21, 201114 yr I'm hoping that Adele takes the top spot again and GaGa drops to #3. Yes I totally agree, hopefully Ga Ga drops to #3 (cause it definitely does not deserve to occupy the #1 spot another week) and Adele is #1 again on sunday's chart. :)
June 21, 201114 yr As pleased as I am to see Patrick Wolf in the top 20, I won't get my hopes up too much given how baddly Nerina and Sophie slid during the week last week. It'd be nice if it could stay top 40 though.
June 21, 201114 yr If Hard-Fi and SoundGirl occupy the #39 and #40 positions though - it's likely that Beyonce, Inna, Chris Brown or Nicole will re-enter during the week to have another week in the top 40. I think Soundgirl will remain stable as Parade will do a Nicola Roberts and do a drop of around 7places tomorrow! Nicole Scherzinger should get one more week top 40 as Don't Hold Your Breath is back up to #42 on iTunes :cheer:
June 22, 201114 yr Yes I totally agree, hopefully Ga Ga drops to #3 (cause it definitely does not deserve to occupy the #1 spot another week) and Adele is #1 again on sunday's chart. :) it's so funny when you go onto your profile and look at your posts. basically all of them are shading gaga it is hilarious, do you have anything else to do?

It's so funny when I go onto my profile and look at my visitors, basically all of them are gaga fans it is hilarious. And no, I don't really have anything to do other than following gaga's chart !success! with her new album and singles.

June 22, 201114 yr Author Looks like Soundgirl was #40 yesterday we still have a top 39, looks like Hard Fi has fallen out of the top 40, there is no shaded area on the MW database for the #40 position. No albums yet.
June 22, 201114 yr Adele's Set Fire To The Rain #25 :) Thats what I like to see, i'd like it to at least climb 1 place this week :P #22 on iTunes at the moment. Looks like Derulo is #1 for sure now i'd say.
June 22, 201114 yr Can Adele pinch back Number 2 come Sunday? Would love her to keep this run going! :)
