Gutted that Parade are going to flop - They will be lucky to stay Top 40  Also Cascada won't be scoring their 4th Top 10 album

No SoundGirl in the Top 40 either  At least The Saturday's are back in the Top 20 though even though they did have to reduce the price of the song to 59p on iTunes to do it!

Well done Gaga! It looks like the album chart is quite close this week so we could see a bit of change throughout week. 21 back at #1 would be amazing. Would that put it at its 17th or 18th week?

Gutted SFTTR down 4 places from Sunday's high start at #25, hopefully can climb again through the week.

Rihanna's Loud BACK in top 10, very impressive, makes me laugh when to think people said she wasnt an album artist.

Bruno Mars has also had such a success with his album this year. Could sell alot more too in the rest of the year and round xmas time, with an X Factor performance i'm sure.

Good job at Gaga, however 21 will take the weeks #1 I think while Gaga settles at #2.
Good to see the album chart that Mikey posted on Monday Chart thread was utterly useless, I think a monkey could've done as good a job!

I think most of us have always known that Dave Taylor's made up chart is more pointless than the 'Big Top 40'.

Maybe a different member each week should post a top 40 prediction each week? It's hardly fair that one person gets to monopolise it!

2008 was a different time for dance albums, Scooter, Cascada, Ultrabeat, even Darren Styles managed big selling top five albums! Not forgetting Basshunter's #1 album of course!

They don't seem to do much anymore, I guess the dance focus has moved back onto the singles chart. I see Cascada at low top ten at absolute best sadly, even despite the Greatest Hits album tagged on.

Glad the Clubland genre has had it's day.

I reckon Bon Iver could get number 1 officially, it's number 1 on Itunes albums and Gaga's boost probably won't last for long

anyway, not much to comment on, but I'm glad Badman Riddim is top 10 :D

The singles chart is reasonably close each week. The albums chart is always going to be more difficult as long as download sales remain relatively low compared with physical sales.

Was hoping take that would stay top 3 in the albums so hopefully they will climb throughout the week, also good to see def leppard back in the charts but i expect they are gona drop throughout the week.

Is Take Thats love love out of the top 40 singles?

If its 2500 copies between the top three then I think Gaga will slip to no3. I think It COULD be Adele 1, Bon iver 2, Gaga 3.

Bon Iver sales will decrease as its sales are frontloaded whereas Adele and Gaga sales are more spread out throughout the week.

Thanks for the update, hopefully it can stay top 40 again this week, its having a very bizzare chart run so far but at least its helping build up sales, id love for love love to outsell kids and i think it stands a good chance of doing so.

There is a new entry at #40 as on the MW database as its shaded in a different colour, if Hard Fi are at #39, Soundgirl could be at #40, as Soundgirl was behind Hard Fi on the Monday Chart thread topic.

Its a possibility Soundgirl are top 40 only just.

Hard Fi only at #39? Thought/hoped they would be doing a bit better than that... they'll be out of the Top 40 for sure on Sunday then :(
Is Beyoncé still Top 40? And I'm hoping that Adele takes the top spot again and GaGa drops to #3.

She's out of the 40, along with Inna, Alex Gaudino, Wynter Gordon, Nicole Scherzinger and Chris Brown from last week's top 40 singles chart.
